Stuck at the edit IP settings part. I put in the correct info as shown on screen and then I press save, only to receive "Can't save IP settings, Check one or more settings and try again". this happens 100% of the time and I cannot proceed :(
i have an important question: if i connect my ps3 and pc via ethernet cable, does my pc stil needs to be connected to the internet ? because my pc has no wifi and if i connect the ethernet cable with the ps3 and pc i have completely no internet .
I can manage to get up to 14GB on normal router to PS3 method using FileZilla but it times out after that. FileZilla seems to be timing out. Will this method stop the timeouts. I'm trying to send Last Of Us (32GB)
@@theparkourlifestyle have you selected MANUAL option over edit ip settings.? Can you shortly write the steps you are following to change the ip settings ?
@@the5Ws I changed 255.255.255.0 in the subnet prefix length to 24 and it did nothing, same error. Then I thought, maybe he ment change the zero at the end to 24 and I tried that, nope, still stuck at "cannot save IP settings, check info and try again"
@@the5Ws yeah I have done that already and as soon as Rebug Toolbox gets loaded nothing but black screen. and it turns out that RBG Tolbx doesn't really support 4.90+ firmwares.

It keeps telling me my connection failed on my PS3 and i put in the exact same IP address and everything as you did. And my only computer with an ethernet port is a Windows 7 but i'm pretty sure it's connected to same ip address amd my ps3, even in Rebug, keeps saying an ethernet cable is not connected even though it is. and filezilla cannot connect to 1.1.1.2 And i activated multiman

U guys are forgetting to go at the edit of default router cause u have it on 0 problem solved
Search network adapter settings in your PC ,then edit IP in ipv4 option and done..

No, internet is not needed. your game files will transfer between your PC and PS3 on ethernet cable.

Rebug Toolbox isn't working with the latest PS3 Hen
Download the latest version pkg of rebug tool and install it , it will work.

Moreover, open CMD in your PC and ping ip 1.1.1.2 ,,,you may change your LAN cable between your PC and PS3..stay blessed
