Puberty isn't a disease just a mental and physical change so it isn't necessary to tell ur parents just control urself in front of them because when u hit puberty u may not feel like doing anything like me u may have been diagnosed by social anxiety especially parents just don't know about this they think u are just shy when in reality u don't wanna hang around with a big group so if they scould u and all just don't go harsh on them try to control urself and best of luck at this point it feels like ur room is ur life lol Hope u understood my words Hehehe

yes...after periods or puberty...at this age girls have a growth spurt in which she increases 3 to 8 inches a month quickly.. and another way is to do some exercises like stretching exercise, playing basketball... and etc
