Kundalini is no ordinary yoga practices its considered part of sadhna if done incorrectly there are serious consequence . And i dont think in india many people awaken their kundalini and those few who awakened their kundalini will not teach you just for money well but you can try to learn from learners
You mentioned stomach problem - This is what I learned recently and will apply - Every time you leave your home country, grab and eat lot of local yogurt from the airport. Your good health start with good bacteria in the gut via yogurt. Spread the word!!!
