stage 5 improvements

1. i was wrong, you can stream the opener!
hug the left wall in the middle, then start shooting when the music gets new instruments, then if any bullets fly towards you, you stream them up
eventually you'll run into the ceiling, then you speed up there
then drop some bombs on the plane below and shoot it
2. just before this music change there's this part where i had trouble dealing enough damage
here there's two groups of zako: one that you stream down, then another that comes from below
when the latter group appears, you restream up above the plane and drop bombs on it, then you kill it normally and MACRO the rest down
