I'd been playing around with alternate tunings again and forgot I left my Jaguar guitar in CGDGBD after stumbling upon the similar DAEAC#E tuning from the mathrock and midwest emo community. I think it'll sounds great for some metal playing too! It gives a nice flavour to extended chords and has an ergonomic arrangment for low string riffage (same as the low 3 strings on a cello). This is just a simple demo, but I'm excited to explore the possibilities.
