& What I'm Hearing is that Long Time Black Folks is Getting Run Out of the ATL, because Whitey Wants to Redo their Communities & Bring in People who Have Money Like Gays & Lesbians, or Younger White People, who Have Money & Steady Careers to Move in & Bring Up the Property Values in the ATL, what I have Seen in Housing Prices in the ATL is Like here in L.A. & the Rest of California & Denver, Seattle & Austin, Texas & the DFW Metroplex, New York & Boston & Other Rising Regions
I knew this this would Come back to Atlanta & Bite them in the Ass, Because so Many People are Moving Out of the Region & Developers want to Make Cheddar by Jacking Up Housing & Apartments Prices so they can Live the American Dream by Pricing Out the Poor & Middle Class & Live Large & Whitey, Gays & Lesbians Bring Property Values to the Communities that were Run Down & Poor Black Folks & Gangs & Drug Dealers & Other Low Life's Tore Down in the Past!
& It Ain't Gonna be Long when the Hood that Chickie Bo Showed will have a Target on its Back & Be Gentrified in the Future & Po Black Folks Will Get Kicked Out for a New Generation of Non Blacks & where will the Po Black Folks from that Hood Go?
Sleep With One Eye Open People!
I’m from DFW and you’re absolutely right but don’t always throw race into it as a white thing if you want people to keep their eyes open cause the people with money in my suburb aren’t white anymore..
I remember living in atl and riding through these hoods with my ex ahhh memories 😂💯
U still around? How i find a place thats cheap in the hood?
Omg Yesss! I grew Up in gwinnett so when i was introduced to the hood i was so excited lol! Especially with the bad boys!!!!
@@heaven12345100 ur a weirdo
Yeah I lived around rough area with my ex last year and now I’m back in Australia and I did appreciate the greenery etc but dam theres Some sad places
Most of us natives, or people that have been here long enough, really don't consider Krog St. the hood. DeKalb Ave is literally one of the worse street to drive on tho.
Lol yeah when he went thru the tunnel I’m like.. this ain’t the hood. It’s more “Hipster” around there & L5P.
To all my Atlanta folks, when migos say they are from the “north/nawf” what part are they referring too??
They are from Lawrenceville. Way outside the city limits.
They frm athens
@@ariakhosravi Athens they frm athens
The nawf is Gwinnett (Not ATL) real ATL Zone1-6 , the nawf is more of the nicer side then the zones
Northside of town, equals alot nicer over there , I call it $$$ side
I'm hooked on watching dude drive around different hoods. It takes me outta my daily routine of where I live and drive. I can't do it perioT!!!
Maaaaaaan...!!!...I thought i was the only one.....
You should see Baltimore's Hood. Man this ain't nothing!
He's got quite a few vids featuring Bmore tho
FR FR 💯
Yo..ruclips.net/video/Ccxoa6nmUvM/видео.html
I’m from Baltimore and you are absolutely right! Sooo very disheartening! I’m in Atlanta now. But nowhere near here!
Nobody gives a fuck though
Nicest kind of Hood with lots of nature and freedom in Atlanta. Next time You need to go to the Projects that is the real Hood in Atlanta. Thank you Sir
Selina S they tore all the projects down in Atlanta years ago. Gentrification is taking over and the only hoods still standing are on the Westside Zone1 and Zone 4 as well as some neighborhoods in Zone 3 and a few on the East. But nothing is the same anymore. Even 4th Ward is being gentrified
@@YoungCertifyed what a shame for y'all have to live with them white folks and their progress on building a better community, must be terrifying for y'all to think of new shiny things near you that you can't (steal) afford.
Dust Storm It’s never a shame to live amongst other people regardless of their race because I’m not racist. You just need some attention. We don’t steal we buy Potna‼️ Find u somebody else to play with cause I ain’t the one homie
@@YoungCertifyed Potna is the capital of Bihar in India.
@@YoungCertifyed but your home over there now and fix it up so that you will still be in your hood. Only it'll be nicer and your house will be worth a great deal in about 10yrs from now
I promise you all, one morning America as an entire nation will wake up with a dizzy head and think to itself, "what have we done will ALL our money and good fortune"? There's no need to live like that. The overall problem with American and as a country is that from the word "GO", you never realised how lucky you actually All were. Very tragic and sad in deed.
Hey Charlie,👍
Keep up the good work,
Lee x ❤🌈
@JAFA 3272 nothing wrong with a pretty rainbow
In nearly every ghetto there's a Rent-A-Center and Dollar Tree.
There’s both downtown where I live but it’s not ghetto. Actually glad the rent a center closed they were disgusting ppl to deal with.
Y’all down south have that sweet smell of fresh air down thar.we up in the north have pollution and covid 19
They have COVID and pollution in the South too genius.
Humidity so high down here in the summer ..
Charles B. It’s really not as bad as people make it.
South has it too, and the should have been abortion known as Kemp. Stay safe. Mask up. He's tryna kill you guys.
cruz carchevy That’s common sense. I’m sharing my experience.
You can see a cozy well kept, cared for house and ran down houses and trash is located in the same vicinity.
TIL everyone in the "hood" has a nicer car than me.
I'm from India contact me at my email. rajeekumar64@gmail.com
they’re all base model v6 shit
@@rajeekumar5633 why should they contact you? Is it because you're from India?Such a strange request, out of the blue.
Those nicer cars are probably jacked from the original owners.
Welcome to Georgia guys, or should I say, "Jawjuh" for all you Southern boys ;)
U sound dumb
Abraham Lincoln lived in Georgia my whole life and never heard no one pronounced it like that
Phippyhead on me like wth nigga 😂😂🤣
@@BiboGotIt Not so dumb now when I send General William T Sherman to burn the whole goddamn place to the ground.
Phippyhead I disagree because I’ve heard of GA been being pronounced like that numerous plus I lived in Atlanta the majority of my life by way of California
if you see a old bmw in the hood that probably was a crack spot in the 80s and 90s
I live 9 miles from this. I live in Decatur Georgia I have been a full time Realtor for 22 years.
And a damn fine one at that!
How can I become a successful realtor I’m 20 years old in college?

Notice the tire marks from street racing.
Frightening, depressing. Nothing has changed for the better in these places.
The graffiti has taken over.
Hot Atlanta is a Hot mess now.
This is the ruff part fam it call the damn hood it ain’t meant to look nice
Not according to mayor bottoms it's all good I'm 64 years old born and raised here used to be a beautiful place I feel for ya'll having to live in this shit world maybe one day ya'll will wake up and get rid of all the slum war politicians and make it great again

Happy Memorial Day CharlieBo
At (9.18)u pass 9th ward Delmar lane westside.Mechanicsville,Pittsburgh zone 3 checking in
peoplestown too!
@LA Ryan I know what you mean. I moved to Atlanta in 1984 when I was just a few years old. I've seen it turn into the city that it is today. I never heard anyone say wards until a couple years ago. I remember techwood, grady homes, Herndon homes,Bowen homes, Thomasville heights etc. when it was going down in the city. crackheads were carrying refrigerators down the street for a dollar. I remember Freaknic too (even though I was too young to go out). Atlanta is gentrified now tho
Bro with your videos you should edit the videos and Everytime u come to a different hood the name and location should come up as well as should should talk about the history of the communities it should not be about bad hood but about how's these communities got hear
Also you should talk more bro while driving about things we don't know about these communities
The black world is much like this all factz
is that zone 6 east Atlanta?
Yes
Yes sir
Born and raise here..this is much of the eastside area ( Cabbage Town and Krog Street area looks like to me .
Where the graffiti bridge was is called "east Atlanta village" thats the new gentrified name for it
@@sultanahazuri3903 that's not East Atlanta Village, it was Cabbagetown. EAV is southeast of that
I'm from Atl.; but, live in NYC. I only saw TWO familiar areas. It's like your searching for the WORST parts‼️😎 I didn't see ANY average, middle, upper or wealthy sections. 🤔
Filming in Britain looks similar at times lol. At least with everyone staying in, it makes it safer to film lol
That bridge with the graffiti is wild. I have seen it.
U can go see it it’s not the hood
This is the sketchiest you've shown us in a while. Scary in broad daylight.
Cuz of the trees 😂
Atlanta Georgia is a beautiful place and great people. I lived there for 30 years. I'm from New Orleans. You should know Metro Atlanta Georgia is Big.
eltsen nestle whys it scary to you???
Atlanta has that creepy feel in the hoods.
I grew up here in Nashville Tennessee on the east side in the projects and gotta say I love the ghetto just not the violence 💯🤜🏽
That part when you first went through the tunnel isn't a hood.
Charlie, why did you remove the twerking part from that Baltimore vid?
So it wouldn't get removed or demonetized
Bellissimo questo video perché mi permette di vedere posti che io non potrò mai vedere...grazie.
@JAFA 3272 ma io sono del sud italia è ne sono fiera.
@JAFA 3272 Calabria.,ma sono Siciliana .

where is that artwork bridge? whats it called? looked nice
Krog street
Also NOT a rough area. Bought up and rented out by middle and upper classes with money. Prime real estate to be inside 285 close to downtown now.
The Po Black Folks are Starting to get Priced Out in the ATL, I've seen the Rising of Housing Prices in the ATL, Houses that Sold for Under a $100 Grand are Going as High as $900 Grand & this Ain't in Buckhead!

FYI Atl does not any projects period. Riding in neighborhoods thats 50 or 60 years. They started demolishing the projects in 1999. I am from Atl.
You should go to camden New Jersey. When I was visiting jersey my sister needed to go their rq and when I tell you that place is hood its hood🤦🏽♀️ boarded houses, junkies on the side of the road, police yellow taping, kids on the streets selling stuff to make quick money, abandoned houses vandalized or being used as hide outs. Man go to that place its crazy
I have at least 10 Camden NJ videos.

Man this is my old stomping grounds in the days wonder if chester is yet king of the block on the south side?
For all the ppl who love their hoods it's the best time to but your home there as shitty as it may seem but Atlanta is changing and your purchase will be worth a pretty penny after you fix it up. Don't believe me look at zone 6.
10:03 4th ward still a jungle even though they gentrifying the shit out it
🤣🤣🤣 not really Blvd just a bunch of crackhead n dope boys
4th ward was designed for poor blacks
L B u must not be really in the mix people done been shot stabbed and robbed over there all last year
Hello Charlie 🤗 well I must admit I prefer NYC, Chicago , states, this is far to quiet for me ( I know it's not your normal month of May) but no definitely prefer Chicago and New York
Wow..sad man..beautiful area gone to shit..
Is all of America next? Stay tuned!
Is that all you do is drive around every hood all over the USA?
5:41 "RENT STRIKE"
😮
Anyone been to Augusta, GA? Is it beautiful there?
There’s a beautiful side and a very dark side.
It’s a total shit hole, all the white people live in Evans/Columbia county. Downtown Augusta have shootings sporadically, Richmond county is ass. Go down Marvin griffin road, smell like ass down there cuz of the sewage plant, the paper mill, plant vogtle and the dog food factory. Augusta look like somebody dropped a nuclear bomb on it, weirdest fucking place I’ve ever been to in my life. North Augusta or Evans were the nice areas, but again all white people. Fuck that place and the masters
@@JenDoe1 the dark side is pervasive.
James Sanders I agree with you there Sir.
Yeah im not seeing that
As an Austrian, I'm wondering, why there is so much garbage on the side of the road? Even if you are poor, It doesn't hurt at all to clean up a little bit. And no, I'm not a rassist, I would say the same about a white neighborhood. I don't like lazyness, that's not a good rolemodel for the youth.
Sorry for my poor english!
I agree !!!! I was thinking the same think ..and I' am black
And u can walk down any of the streets at night and be just fine. Atlanta is not hard. Lil poverty stricken areas and lil mad niggas w sum to prove but other than that its straight. I'm born n raised in Atlanta
Good, now let's do the worst trailer parks of Georgia.

Ya, cabbage town, where got gentrified already
Man your up around the zoo area, should of when down north Avenue to the Bluffs.
I don't know if this is a good sign but 14:42 not one police car.
Are rich people leaving Atlanta GA? I see many Deluxe homes for sale in N Atlanta Ga on You Tube
