No offense but you didn't actually teach anything here(I mean every one knows how to do a stunning shot or whatever) .... You missed the main point..
The key is in the shot line i.e notice the quick shift in the shot line just b4 the shot is taken(the side of the goal post where the shot line pointed is quickly changed to the opposite side just b4 the shot leaves the players foot.)this prevents the shot from going off target(watch the video again to understand and pay close attention to the change in direction of the shot line) most players do this unconsciously including pro players themselves.
Off course shot guage is important too... And practice...
Edit: this also explains why you sometimes miss close range place kicking.

Not everbody can shoot these type of shots! The player need these skills as well - Long Range Shooting, Long Range Curler, Rising Shot

Tutorial- play with your friends and ask him to make GK out of box then perform a shot. Simple. I know it. If you play online match, it's not possible but 1 in million. It's hard. This is efootball not PES. This is reality
