    WOW!!!👏👏👏 this has been the best video I’ve come across today by far regarding drills, I’m most definitely going to incorporate these two drills I’ve seen demonstrated perfectly when training to enhance my level of performance when sprinting flat out in a race thank you so much🙏🏽☺️

    Hector, your training material has helped me immensely. I was a sprinter but did not hurdle. I picked up coaching hurdles because there was no one in our school system that knew how to. So, I completed the USATF Level 1 and the UASTFCCCA Technical Certification. I just wanted to let you know how beneficial your training material has been for me.     Sir when im giving it a 100% at my Top speee 40 m to 80 m ..i feel a lack of balance, rhythm and i often fall flat .. what should i do ?

      You should practice more special-endurance, such as 5x200m repeats. After a few weeks, return to 40-80m sprints and you should find much more balance and stability. I hope this helps! Good luck!

    I have heard some coaches say that you should land on the balls of your feet rather than the heel. Why do are we supposed to lane on the heel instead?

      You only land on your heel for some drills to emphasize the way your strikes the ground at top speed

      I was a 110m hurdler. My 100m best was 10.37s and 200m was 21.50s

      Discharge from Marines for chronic ankle sprains I am fast but as soon as I train for 8 weeks it snaps.....ditto.

      I wanted to be a sprinter in high school and had to train myself I was always training sleeping and eating improperly.Just right now I want to beat my personals bests form 100meters to the 1600meters ....
