So, I completed the USATF Level 1 and the UASTFCCCA Technical Certification. I just wanted to let you know how beneficial your training material has been for me. You should practice more special-endurance, such as 5x200m repeats. After a few weeks, return to 40-80m sprints and you should find much more balance and stability. I hope this helps! Good luck!

I have heard some coaches say that you should land on the balls of your feet rather than the heel. Why do are we supposed to lane on the heel instead?
You only land on your heel for some drills to emphasize the way your strikes the ground at top speed
