In the manga, God should be better overall than the unmastered version of Blue, although it depends heavily on how it's used. During the U6 tournament, Goku was able to contend with Hit to an even greater degree than Vegeta only using God, even being superior to Hit overall, causing his Timeskip to become useless. This was because Vegeta transformed into Blue beforehand against Cabba, causing the form to lose power upon the second use of the transformation up to 1/10th of its original strength. This allowed Hit to easily defeat Vegeta, as the stamina drain of the original Blue was far too great. When Vegeta faced Goku Black, he opted to use Super Saiyan God during the majority of the fight to avoid the issue of stamina drain while also instantaneously transforming into Blue before attacking Black and switching back, giving him the ability to utilize the full power of Blue before it was lost. Obviously, Perfected Super Saiyan Blue >> both God and unmastered Blue, and it isn’t close. PSSJB is just Blue without the aura leakage and power loss, allowing Goku and Vegeta to use 100% of the power of the transformation all the time. PSSJB is difficult for the body to hold the power within itself, but once mastered, it makes God useless even for stamina points.
