Sheriff Rocky Holcomb's inaugural Turkey Bowl 11-18-23

More than $3,700 was raised for the Virginia Beach Education Foundation's Beach Bags program for Virginia Beach City Public Schools. Sheriff Rocky Holcomb's inaugural Turkey Bowl was a success! Team Public Safety defeated Team Education 20-14, but the real winners are the kids of Virginia Beach!! Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the event at Kempsville High School on Saturday, 11/18/23.
The Beach Bags program feeds food insecure students on the weekends and during school breaks. Each bag costs $5 and the need keeps growing.
