Hello. My transmitter audio source indicator is not turning green in a stable light. Its always red. I cant use the headphone because it has no sound. 🙁🙁. I did try all the troubleshooting solution,but still,its not turning green,the soure indicator. Please help. Thank you
Make sure all the batteries are charged and that the unit's plugged in to a good power source. Try moving it to somewhere else and plugging in something else rather than your TV. Hopefully that will help.
@@AskDaveTaylor i see the green light for a seconds,then it will turn to red light and stable red light only. Is that okey or not okey? All is plug in Sir.. thank you
I no longer have the product to test it. I would look in your users guide / manual to see an explanation of the lights. Please come back and report what you find!
Tried for hours to setup and nothing worked! - Returned it and got back my money! It's easy when the DIRECTIONS for setup are easy, THESE weren't! Even though my SONY TV is stereo on the headset I could only get audio out of one side! ONLY! Yes, 2 wires on TV were connected to AUDIO OUT.
Did you ever test the port on your TV to ensure that both plugs were actually pushing out sound? Sorry you had a bad experience.
Battery type on the headphones themselves? Rechargeable probably but can you swap out batteries considering rechargeables have a limited life?
I haven't seen user-replaceable rechargeable batteries on audio gear in quite a few years, actually. I think you're stuck with the manufacturer's battery. On the bright side, modern batteries last way longer than they did 5-10 years ago.
Can the volume be adjusted for ear ear separately?
No, I don't believe there's any way to do that. You might reach out to Rybozen to see if there's a different solution for your needs. I fear it'll be much more $$, however.

So "sitting outside at night" isn't a good answer here? :-) Actually, I use a green screen just like the big TV studios and drop on whatever background I like during post-production. Glad you like this one, it's one of my faves.
