I can’t even keep up with all your content, but when I want or need to learn something about Logic there is no better place than this channel. Thanks!

Chris, this Logic series for Atmos has helped me understand the capabilities of this feature, and it’s practical use on instrument tracks and in a mix. Keep up the great work!

Hi Chris, can't say enough good things about this series, thank you!!
I have a mix loaded up that I go back to while I watch this video, and I got a 3D object (a short vocal swell over bar-and-a-half at 145 bpm) set up and automated in no time flat, and it's so cool to hear it go from behind me to the left to in front of me on the right. It's so cool to be able to hear the movement over headphones!

Hello Chris, thank you for the video. Great series! Question… (I missed it) what’s the card configuration on your apogee symphony? 16 X 16? Is it hooked to a snake and from there to each speaker? Thank you!

3D Object panner causes latency in my daw. When playing back. In surround panning no problems with any of it

3d objects work on audio channels but not on instrumental channels as it makes them go out of synch. Anyone got a fix for this at all please?

If I change a channel to use 3D object panner and I have the channel routed to a bus and still need the effects on the bus to be applied, how do I accomplish that given that the channel gets directed directly to the Dolby Atmos plugin and bypasses the effects on the bus?

Hi @GaryClaggett - I think you need to make that channel part of a track stack (even if it's only one channel) with your FX assigned there as Chris mentions here: ruclips.net/video/Tkcn0CaGkp8/видео.html

@@jfbmusic I appreciate your input and I reviewed the video that you suggested, but in the video the channel is placed in a track stack as you suggested, but when the panner is changed to a 3D object panner Chris indicated the channel, not the track stack goes directly to the Dolby Atmos plugin and bypasses the FX on the track stack. Additionally, the track stack bus does not have a panner option. So my question still remains on how to accomplish my desired result.

@@GaryClaggett Understood. I'll leave this one for Chris. :-)
