I’m enjoying everybody’s #fabricwheeloffate. So much fun. Loved the anticipation created with your music and filming, and the finished garment is great. I think the gold zipper is a perfect accent to a solid coloured garment.

It looks great hope your daughter enjoys wearing it. You could make some colour blocked joggers to use up the rest of the fabric like the new cece pattern by Tilly and the Buttons.

The Stanton is WOW! Yes, the contrasting zipper was a great choice - adds style and not boring. I wonder if Fray Chek would work on the zipper? I really enjoyed the "movie" and music while you made your choices - so much fun!

The contrasting zipper is beautiful! I’m thinking when I get better to do spin wheel to clean and organize my sewing room. Might make it a little more fun. I’m doing great. Just get pain getting up and down and if I’m up too long.

I love the way you pieced this video together. I loved getting a sneak peak at your pattern storage. I do not have a dedicated sewing room and that is one of the things I think about a lot. Pattern Storage. It’s tough.

Thank you so much Cynthia😊. I am truly blessed to have a little extra space in my multi purpose room, as it is an office, guest, and sewing room all in one. And that closet houses all extras, like winter clothes, extra blankets, sheets, pillows, towels, luggage, my daughters yarns, and all my fabrics & patterns. It is a true multi purpose closet!!! That is why I am in need of sewing down my stash 🥴🥴. We are all in a space crunch, no matter how big or small of a space we have.

The Stanton is beautiful! Have you made the pattern for yourself? I have yet to cut out and sew mine up although I bought the fabric months ago. I like the solid better than color blocked, Karen.
Karen, I believe the G/H cup bodice will be somewhat longer for that front. It may be enough to make a difference, but I'll bet you can just reshape the bottom front as you're wondering. - Kelly
Thank you so much Kelly😊. This is my first Stanton, and it won’t be the last. I want to make one for myself, as it is a well drafted pattern. The G/H cup bodice will be too roomy for me, so I’ll probably just add a little length to it.

I am curious how you set up your catalog for your patterns and fabrics. Could you tell me what program you used, please, and how you were able to upload them?
Hi Darlene. I use Trello , and I have photos of a my patterns there. But what I showed on the video was my indie patterns on my computer. I just download them and I save them on a memory stick (external). I organize them in folders, by Company designer (like Love Notions, Cashmerette, Sinclair, etc.), then I save the downloaded patterns respectively, and I like to sort it alphabetically.
