    You did a great job on all your cooks👍🏽 . Everything looked so delicious you were getting me hungry and my mouth watery. I really liked your Drum Smokers had never seen them at work good video on it. Lots of competitors and you are a champ. You and your wife are winners.

    Question what does the basket u use for brisket do? Is it for shape or to handle brisket easier

      Both! I use it to keep its shape while it’s cooking but also so I can easily move it around!

    Great looking boxes! Seemed like a great event. I do have a question. What size pan are you using when you wrap the brisket? I find the half pans too small and full size too big for the drum. I have a Bronco Pro and homemade 22 inch UDS. Thanks!

      They are actually half pans! I trim my brisket pretty small for competitions!!
