The abdominal muscles are like a rubber band so one ab exercise will target ur whole body Yes some are more specific to a certain part than others but overall every exercise targeting abs in general will help if you do enough Theres no easy way you have to eat fairly decently and just burn through excess fat that is in the abdomen area

@@totallysick88able what kind of diet, high protein? High fiber, good amounts of iron? Good amount of leafy greens, or even foods that increase testosterone?
No no no, this is what you should do instead. The abs can be divided into three parts; upper, lower, and the sides. It's a muscle, you train it literally like any other muscle. It doesn't require a ton of complicated workouts.: Upper abs-weighted crunches Lower abs-hanging HIP raises with a weight between your feet Obliques+full core-weighted Russian twists. You can use improvised objects as weights or dumbbells. Progress to heavier weight, or go till complete failure. Keep everything tight, and focus on control with minimal momentum.
I’m not sure that’s how that works your abs aren’t just going to show up after one ab workout you must work and continue to enable to build your abs because I have been doing weightlifting and workouts for about 2 yrs and my abs are still pretty pathetic
@@Xay_Johns06 the truth is, abs are achieved from low body fat percentage. Anybody's abs will show if they have a low body fat percentage. thanks i started 2 months ago and my abs started to pop up 🙏
Now what's the condition!
I'm gonna try this
IS IT possible to gain weight with abs workout im 62kg but wanna get to 65
Remember guys, low body fat percentage makes abs visible
Unm...
My body fat percentage is like 20% so i am doing this exercise to build abs inner and it will burn calories too...
And my routine is I will not eat anything in dinner expect 3 boiled egg, how is it?
@@uchihasasuke4653 not bad
Make sure to get more nutrients in your dinner tho
Maybe sum carbs and fat
does 7.30 percent enough?
@@qualityApa under 10% body fat is considered unhealthy for long periods of time but yes your abs would definitely show
That’s literally perfect I am super skinny
when you showed your abs you looked like the collosal titan
True
Like a lot of people have mentioned, it’s all about good nutrition and cutting body fat percentage. I never did any ab work outs like he did. However I’d keep my abs engaged while doing pull ups, push ups, dead lifts which pretty much got my abs to show pretty well.
No you’re just probably lean enough for your abs to show literally the only way for your abs to show is through being lean enough
@@ryanhale7349 not necessarily. Doing specific calisthenics or weight exercises can recruit the abdominal muscles which increases their size. You could be super skinny but not have any visible abs because of the size of your abdominal muscles. I've seen people with 15% BF and below not have visible abs.
Thank you so much for this video, first saw it when i was 14, now I'm 16 soon turning 17 and I'm 2 years in of working out.
Glad it helped! 💪🏻

How much or how long if each
@@jothamabok2081 Just to start you can do 20 reps a day of every workout and just work your way up.
The abdominal muscles are like a rubber band so one ab exercise will target ur whole body
Yes some are more specific to a certain part than others but overall every exercise targeting abs in general will help if you do enough
Theres no easy way you have to eat fairly decently and just burn through excess fat that is in the abdomen area
I have abs visible and dont train them lol. Its bc of all the compound movements over the years I guess and being in a calorie deficit.

Also me: *THAT FOOD AND BED ARE LOOKING REAL NICE RIGHT NOW*
The lower crunches work for me now I can see little bit of my abs..
As you know little by little I am going to progress
These don’t give abs, if you want abs you need a low bf percentage, if you train to lose more fat you will see abs faster than these exercises
@@aasrithravulapati5425 I mean of course these exercises don’t burn stomach fat, but they build the actual ab muscles. You need to do other exercises to burn the fat to make your abs visible, but then use these to actually make them bigger.
hope you made more progress 👍
lower abs are easiest to do😊
Me: I am going to do this every day
Me next day: uhhhh next time

"Target every muscle" its only targeting my neck 💀😭
so true my neck is dead after i did his workout 😭😭😭
My neck was paining
You gotta "think with your abs", don't throw yourself up. Start with one rep at a time. It actually takes already developed abs to do 10 crunches with good form. Spend some time just building a mind-muscle connection and do it slowly to make sure you're actually engaging those abs. Within a few weeks you'll already be way better at it 😊
My neck was paining 😂

@@shahzadkaranjia989Wydm you don't need a special diet just eat protein to get muscel recovery and yeah don't eat high calorie things (if you got a slow metabolism)
Bros obliques🤯
A complete set of abs is achieved by eating in a caloric deficit staying away from fats and sugar. Taining is more like 10-20% of it rest is diet :)
you’re right ! abs are made in the kitchen!!
You need good fats
@Killua Zoldyck some people can eat perfectly healthy and work out and still have no abs bc genetics sadly play a role as well and sometimes ur genetics want to store the highest fat % right where ur ab insterts were supposed to be and maybe ur muscle inserts are small or round or whatever.. the hardest part about achieving any fitness goal whether u want to gain or lose weight is nutrition.. if u can consume the right meals they are going to give u the energy to work out and if u work out properly it will raise ur appetite towards those energy foods :) u need carbs and fats if u actually want to "grow abs" bc that is what is "burned" off first when u r doing ur workouts and if u lack those u r going to burn protein and lose muscle as well not just water and fat weight.. balancing ur diet should always be the first step but u r right saying that it is not the only step to take :)

A humble warning: Crunches aren’t just obsolete, they are dangerous for your lumbar spine. There are many, safer and more effective alternatives to crunch type exercises ✌️
I've been doing these kinda crunches for the last 4months, and I am 13 so can this effect my growth? (5'9 (174cm) at the moment)
@@z4743 Young man! As long as your recovery is adequate (high quality 8 hours of sleep; good nutrition and an occasional caloric surplus; streching and massaging), you can continue to train without experiencing any negative repercutions in growth. Just be mindfull of enjoying the process, and not rushing something that can take decades to perfect! Stay safe and make all kinds of gains!
@@paladinsamuel thanks
@@paladinsamuel it depends if you're not letting your spine recover, the spinal discs need more time to get used to the workout, also you need to it after any workout, if you do it before your core will not be a le to maintain the correct position therefore hurting your spine.
No your wrong it's the sit ups that hurt your spine. Crunches are a safe alternative
As long as u get under 15% body fat you’ll already have abs u don’t really need to do ab workouts to have decent abs

You need ab workouts to have defined abs.
@@NOF4C3 yes but for most people other core strengthening exercises like planks, pull ups, back bridges, and mountain climbers are superior to these crunches and leg raises which focus on a tiny area and put a lot of strain on your neck and back respectively.

Best ab workout: running
Abs will always be noticeable if your body fat is low enough. This still doesn’t mean you shouldn’t work out your abs but 6 sets of to failure sets of just one type of ab workout a week is sufficient. Use the additional time to make sure your other muscles are exercised and remember to flex your core on the right exercises
no because i’m 6’1 130 and have barley visible abs so stop the cap
@@jake3938 everybody’s genetics are different unfortunately, just like some people store more fat in specific places, some will have more muscle in others. A good example of someone that is fit and has no abs is the rock
Legal in my whole life thinking sit ups do everything 🤦
All it takes is a quick 10 min ab routine every day and a clean diet. I basically do this before I start my day and I’m good to go👍
Is doing workouts for your abs at night still beneficial?
@@julyssatorres it will always be beneficial no matter when you do it but in my opinion it’s even more beneficial to do them earlier in the day because you will get a nice burn going that will stimulate your abs as you go about your day. Plus it will wake you up and get the blood flowing.
Wow so only 10 min per day? Why did I use to think that i have to do at least 30 min to get abs? 🥲
@@avvaego it’s more like once you have abs, it just takes 10 min to maintain them but I’m talking 7 days a week and eating clean every single day no exceptions. And it has to be a solid workout. Don’t take any breaks and perform good quality reps. I still do full body workouts 3 to 4 times a week so that helps as well.
@@totallysick88able what kind of diet, high protein? High fiber, good amounts of iron? Good amount of leafy greens, or even foods that increase testosterone?
What bro said: Crunches
What i heard: Crutches
No no no, this is what you should do instead.
The abs can be divided into three parts; upper, lower, and the sides. It's a muscle, you train it literally like any other muscle. It doesn't require a ton of complicated workouts.:
Upper abs-weighted crunches
Lower abs-hanging HIP raises with a weight between your feet
Obliques+full core-weighted Russian twists.
You can use improvised objects as weights or dumbbells. Progress to heavier weight, or go till complete failure. Keep everything tight, and focus on control with minimal momentum.
Exactly. As for any other muscle, abs also requires work with weights
It can be also like he said🤷♂️

I’m not sure that’s how that works your abs aren’t just going to show up after one ab workout you must work and continue to enable to build your abs because I have been doing weightlifting and workouts for about 2 yrs and my abs are still pretty pathetic
@@Xay_Johns06 the truth is, abs are achieved from low body fat percentage. Anybody's abs will show if they have a low body fat percentage. If one wants to build their abs, the best way isn't to do a 15 minute ab workout with 10 different exercises. It's to train them like any other muscle group (training till failure) like ab pull downs. (I learned all this from Sean Nalewanyj)
