I am a retired teacher. If had I been found guilty of any such crime, I would have lost my job, my credentials to teach, and forever be banned from working at a school again. It doesn’t sound like justice was served here. Sickening.

The levels of corruption are more than my brain can handle.
I don’t have anxiety or panic attacks, but have friends who do. My friends have difficulty breathing, staying still and thinking straight, so illegal activity doesn’t occur to them. As a friend, I try to take them to a quiet safe place, often my car to take them home. Can’t imagine any scenario where filming an unclothed female in a tanning booth would help anxiety! I can see it making everyone even more anxious. ❤️from Australia 🇦🇺.

I am still just wondering how many people are sitting in jail for the incompetence of the cops, judges, and crooked lawyers because there are quite a few of them out there in Florida. Y'all were very lucky to have some of the most reputable respected lawyers so I'm very thankful for that. I wish more were like them.

You know my family had been victims of voyeurism in our home. He spent time in jail for the offensive. It will follow him like a bad haircut.
I certainly hope the victim of the Judge filed a lawsuit against him.
We are supposed to be able to expect a higher level of behavior from Teachers, Police Officers, Judges & Doctors just list a few of the jobs we should expect for better behavior.

It’s quite scary as a visitor to Florida from uk thinking it was a state that tackles crime no exceptions, but now knowing the corruption is rife at the top, something needs to be done to get this judge grudge who was so blatant in his corruption off the bench for good! It’s like they don’t care what anyone thinks, even their own people who elect them, gross!!
If I was a defence attorney that faced the voyeur prosecution attorney I would use "my client was having an anxiety attack, we all know that means he wasn't responsible for his actions, I mean even the prosecution has experienced this himself" and secretly laugh as the judge and prosecution go red.

I just learned something important from this particular video. I know someone who was in a position of authority, who came into possession of a photo that they claimed was sexually inappropriate. They used this photo to smear a persons reputation, and lose their job. They shared this photo with numerous people that had no business seeing it. I think from what you just presented that this individual did what you said. Voyeurism. The person who the photo was of, showed me the photo. Nothing to it. It just was seen by the wrong person who had a vendetta.
Do lawyers in Florida have to fill out the forms that elected officials have to pay on a full disclosure of all assets?

Im absolutely amazed at the amount of "Do the wrong thing" that they get away with. Hardworking people are starting to pay attention, to whats going on. We've prioritized Hard work, taking care of our families, while neglecting to keep track their actions, for so long, that they have taken advantage of honest, law abiding citizens. We the People are Waking up, and Truth, Honesty, and Love will prevail in the end. Hopefully the judge gets out booted out of being an officer of the court. He's not a good example of what a judge should be. He's supposed to listen to both sides of the people in the court, be unbiased and do the right thing. The" good Ole boys" system is wrong and illegal.
