In this video we have discussed the HSP 70 chaperone system which includes the help from co chaperone called the HSP 40. The HSP 70 cannot work alone and needs HSP 40 for the regulation of ATPase activity. The Unfolded protein is recruited by HSP 40 towards the HSP 70 cavity and mediates the folding.
HSP-60 or Gro EL ES : • Mechanism of Chaperone...
Thank you Hussain! This clarified a few gaps I had about this mechanism from my Cell Bio class :)
Thank you! Very good illustration and narration. It was very helpful to me.
YOU ARE A LIFESAVER!!!! I think I might actually pass this class now!!!
thanks for appreciation..Glad it helps ✌️
Great video thank you for making this!
Thanks Emma for appreciation...Glad to know that it helps
amazing explanation thankyou!
The video really helped
what an explanation man... U deserve one subscriber, one thumbs up and one comment ..
thank you so much for ur kind words....This kind of appreciation brings smile on my face...
your diagrams are really nice and easy to follow~
thanks Olivia for appreciation....Glad to know that it helps
Very helpful video thank you !!!!
thanks for appreciation..
Glad it helps.✌️
Very helpful. Made my preparations for csir easier.
thanks for appreciation...Glad to know that it helps ✌️
Very helpful video
Thank you sir your explanation was simple and easy to understand 🙏
thanks for appreciation..Glad it helps ✌️
Thanks.i was worried about this topic.i searched it many times but can't understand. Now ,by seeing this I understand fully in easy way.
You are most welcome
Всё ясно и понятно!
so clear video.Thank you
thanks for appreciation..Glad to know that it helps
Thank you so much Hussain! This video was extremely helpful for my biochemistry course. :)
thanks Lindsay for appreciation.....Glad to know that it helps.😊
Ya same i am also from biochemistry field
I enjoyed the story. thank you
thanks
Wau that is really good presentation..thank you
Thanks Anupam for appreciation...
Quite well done, sir.
thanks for appreciation..Glad to know that it helps
amazing rundown! thank youu :D
thanks
Really helpful with nice drawings
thanks for appreciation..Glad to know that it helps
Thanks sir!!
Thanks Sunidhi for appreciation...
wonderful explanation, brother
thanks for appreciation..Glad it helps....✌️
থ্যাঙ্কিউ,
Does Hsp40 not dissociate immediately after delivering the substrate polypeptide to Hsp70? and then after it dissociates, ATP hydrolysis occurs?
Comment and like b4 watching
Wonderful video
Thanks brother,,,,,
Yes dear ...also i used to watch his lecture in ist course of my MBBS ...that was too useful...and I know Dr Hussain personally as well ..
+77767923652 is my Watts app no...i think i know u that is y... Don't take otherwise ..
Y we need another Atp molecule by NEF ....as we already hydrolyzed the atp to adp.... earlier??? Plz explain
Like before watching 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Thanks brother for appreciation..
Very important question I have. Can heat shock proteins help beta galactosidase disease? This is a lysosomal storage disease.
Keep it up bro
Shukriya boi..
I have one doubt
hsp-70 prevent protein folding
is it right?
Please make a video on maternal inheritance also. Thank you
Yeah Surely i will be making a video on that too very soon.... thanks
Please make a video on KLa value regarding bioreactor and how we can calculate in scale up of cell culture.
Seriously Brother , i have never encountered this question yet and it is not in CSIR syllabus which fails the audience here who are waiting for the CSIR and AP biology topics.
Ok sir.
Hi sir what book can you recommend me to read about these chaperones? Thank you so much for making this lecture it helped me a lot
Albert's Molecular Biology
Hussain Biology thank you sir
👍🏼👑💪🏾
Sorry, can we know about your refferance that you use?
The Alberts Molecular Biology , NCBI and Science direct are the sources.
U see the video , research on it , read paper and then u will yourself get to know is it right or wrong.....
Thank you sir
Thanks Fatima for appreciation......Keep sharing and supporting
@@hussainbiology welcome, sir, please make videos on animal physiology, bcoz I'm from botany background
@@ayeshafatima-lq1qp I am starting a series on PLANT Development videos but will consider making Animal Physiology videos too.
@@hussainbiology ok sir
The upcoming videos will be for Physiology
Erythroblastosis fetalis ( Rh Disease )
Thank you so much for this helpful viedeo. But ist there any literature you can suggest which proofs the information in the video. I need it for a course🙈🙈
Yes , the reference is :

@@hussainbiology thank you so much, really appreciate it 🥳
@@madi9660 You are most welcome 👍
Sir life sciences ke Sare topics par vedio bana loo please
Haan g pakka .... Trying to make imp topics first.
Explained good... But try to teach slowly
I watch his vids in 0.75 speed
That's not true. The protein folding occurs due to continuous binding and unbinding of Hsp70 + Hsp40 complex with the substrate. The folding does not occur inside the Hsp70. You're thinking of Hsp60 chaperonin.
Please sir explain in hindi 🙏🙏🙏
I don’t know why...but I don’t understand a word you’re saying...I’m the only one?🤔Anyways, thanks for everything👍
I'm sorry
@@hussainbiology No no, it's okay you don't have to apologize. I'm sorry for saying those things to you, after all, you seem like a nice guy. Besides, I don't have a level ten in English. Please dont say sorry🫂
