I have been looking for a natural dishwasher tab but they are very expensive. I went straight to the kitchen and made 24 tabs. Now I’m set! Thanks a bunch!! ❤

This is great I go through these tablets since I sometimes run 2 loads of dishes in a day. I cook a lot and use my dishwasher almost every other day. What a savings and no junk in them! Thanks so much!

I just looked on Amazon, they have several bags of citric acid for as low as 24 and 25 cents per ounce.
Great cist savings and no chemicals that you don't want!

I started making my own several months ago because Samsclub raised the name brand to $19 and it cost over $21 with tax.. even on sale it’s still to costly ..I found a recipe that has 6-ingredients plus essential oils it’s hands down the best even better then name brand ..plus I’m a canner so lots of times when I can meat there is a film (grease) over my jars and I found that this actually removes all the grease..I have used Dawn to try to clean my greasy jars 100’s of times and still had to use so much of it to get the grease off with my (loose powder) new dishwashing recipe it gets it off the first time washing the jars. Your recipe is hands down cheaper..but I do use half of the ingredients in my dishwashing tabs in my laundry soap recipe..Soon will be making my own dish soap so Dawn will no longer be bought..it’s all poison I’m finding out😩..glad you found a cheap and good recipe..the more we can make ourselves the more money we can save and the more healthy for us. Thanks.

I am from Europe and I am not sure what "dawn" is. Is it a brand name? Or is it a special liquid name?

It's a brand name, from P & G (Proctor & Gambel) company, it's widely known in the US, recognizable by it's blue shade.

Dawn is the brand dish soap they use to clean sea animals when they get oil spill stuck on them
