Genius. But it didn't work for me, the white plastic yoke beneath the spring plate is broken... I can't prove this is the root cause, but nothing else appears to be wrong. The disassembly instructions are very good!
I just fixed the non canceling turn signal with the flipping of the springs. Thank you sir for the awesome video!

hands were in the way so couldn't see how u removed spring or how to put back together.

I had to replace mine but it was because the plastic was cracking and the stalk almost broke off at the base
