This sounds like a fitness watch, not a full smartwatch. I want one with good audio controls for music/podcast/audiobook apps. But I do want to thank you; you're the only reviewer that's mentioned audio controls AT ALL. So at least it seems to have them.
@@ReviewsUnscripted Well, I got the Tozo S5, and am not happy with the audio controls. I'm going to send it back to Amazon. Here's what I didn't like: 1.) The audio player forgets what I was listening to (say, podcast or audiobook app) after more than a minute or 2, and automatically defaults to playing whatever's up on RUclips. 2.) After a minute or so, the audio player doesn't automatically come up when I push the button on the upper right. It defaults back to multiple choices. So I have to push the physical button, choose the audio app, and hit pause - 3 actions to pause audio while my husband's talking to me and I'm trying to hear what he's saying. 3.) It has a ff and rewind buttons. But they don't default to whatever I've set on my audio app. Instead, it only rewinds FIVE seconds. And it rewinds whether I push the forward or rewind button, so I can't FF through ads on my podcast app at all. And doing it 5 seconds at a time would be torture, even if FF actually worked. Oddly, my nearly TEN YEAR OLD Google watch (yes, it came out 6 months b4 the first Apple watch) could do all of those things really well. I've actually lost it, but would think about digging it up if I could find it...but its battery probably wouldn't last even a full day by now. I used to be able to charge it while I showered :) You have any suggestions? I'm thinking of the AMAZTIN.
So, on the watch band being tight, (I just got my S3 yesterday, and I'm LOVING it so far) the watch lugs do accept 22mm (0.88") bands, which seem to be an exceptionally common size among smart watches. Amazon has a a veritable plethora of them available in silicone, fabric, metal and leather. Myself, I'm planning on getting one of the stainless mesh bands that are compatible with the Samsung Watch 3 (also accepts a 22mm band. And there's also a charging dock stand available for the S3, by Lamshaw. There aren't any reviews, but I ordered one yesterday after I received the S3, just on the grounds that the loose magnetic cable is a bit of an annoyance to faff around with. I kind of love how much there actually is available that's compatible with this watch. I mean, I know it's just a charging stand, some screen protector, and standard size watch bands, but it's kinda nice that those conveniences DO exist for this thing.
@@ReviewsUnscripted Yeah, sure thing! I'm not, actually; the S3 is my very first smart watch. and honestly, the other one I looking at before I finally pulled the trigger on the S3 was one of the AppleWatch clones, I can't remember the name, it was one of those weirdly-named Shenzhen tech companies, though. But I have a couple of TOZO's other products, namely their T6 wireless earbuds and their W1 wireless charging pad so, I figure I'll go with a brand I've at least had a good experience with.
I thank you for a great review of this watch. You shared a substantial amount of information without bogging the review in minutiae. The comparison to the FB watch was particularly helpful. Thanks again.
You never mentioned the amazing price point. Amazon has Tozo S3 for only $35.99. Fit bit is way.... more money. Your review helped me decide to get the S3. Thank you so very much!!!
Thanks for adding that. I don't reference prices because these videos sit here forever, and prices change and then people complain that the price is wrong. I agree with your decision. Remember to use our affiliate link if you are going to get one. It really helps the channel...thanks in advance!
The sleep tracking only works after midnight. It won't record your sleep any other time. I work nights and so I sleep in the day time so it never tracks my sleep when I have to work. Everything else works fine though. I hope they will fix this issue.
¡Gracias!

my S5 froze after a charge, sent it back today. I really liked it with the exception that if i picked up my walking speed to a slow waddle jog, it gave bad data, heart rate increased, steps got lessor comparded to a buddies much higher end apple. Probably wont buy again since the problem isnt corrected in a newer model.
Mine stopped working after only having it about a week, it was at 100% so didnt die. Charging doesnt make the screen turn back on. It stopped working randomly at dinner. Now randomly the screen turns on but is frozen at 6:10 pm and i cant swipe. Can you help?
Based on your review, it seems like the tozo does everything and more than the Fitbit, yet at the end you suggested that the Fitbit was actually a much better watch. What makes the Fitbit better than the tozo?
@@ReviewsUnscripted oh and one more question, is the tozo watch metal or is it plastic? I think metal just has a much more high-end feel, and is worth spending more for

That seems like it needs a firmware update.
@ReviewsUnscripted I just got an app update and it hasn't fixed it yet. I hope they will fix it soon
Uh! I also have to work night shifts (sometimes) and was anxious to compare my sleep patterns between day and night shifts.
I already have 2 of their earbuds their PA1 speaker and love them so for 30 bucks I think I'll go ahead and try it.
they make good stuff...right?
I just got mine for $29.99 on sale from Amazon. Haven't had one of these fitness watches since a fitbit charge 2 back in 2018! Hope I like this one.

Amazing watch!! But I don’t understand the sleep feature
They all measure sleep quality but I don't know what algorithm they use so I can't really explain how it works. Sorry.
I'm so lost. What size band should I get for the s3?
Interesting question...I don't know! Hopefully someone else will see this and help out.

I'm also curious about how the company treated you and backed its product. Are you willing to share details?
amazon refunded a credit on my account, took 30 days.
Can I get google play on it? Thanks.
Interesting question! I didn't try that so I'm not really sure.
Does this watch have a second hand? I’d like to get a smart watch, but I need a second hand for nursing and a more traditional time display
There are a variety of faces you can use including a second hand.
@@ReviewsUnscripted thank you much !
Does this show inches, miles, fahrenheit?
I'm not sure about inches.

I'm not connected to them, I had bought mine for myself. Are you able to return it?
Can you take it off of military time?
yes, a 12 hour clock is available.
Glad you asked this, this is important to me
Is it waterproof
it has an ip68 waterproof rating.
i put my ringer off on the watch and it still reads my notifications out loud
That's an interesting glitch. Did you reach out to them?
Can I install sd card and play music? Can I connect earbuds to listen to music?
No SD card and I think no to earbuds.... I never heard of connecting earbuds to a watch so I'm not sure about that.
Amazfit bip 3 pro or this?
I just ordered a bip 3 and bip 5 to test. Keep your eyes open.
does it allow you to message using imessage?
I'm an Android guy...I don't have anything Apple so I can't test that out for you. Sorry.
Can it record audio? I want to be able to make notes while working or doing other things.
Okay, you've stumped me! hopefully someone else will know the answer.
Would you recommend the TOZO S3 or S2? I was thinking about buying a smart watch but the S3 doesn't have the color I'm looking for.
I preferred the S3, I think it was a significant improvement.

Can you listen to music via your watch? If so how do you do it.
If I remember right it automatically integrated with my samsung phone. Are you having an issue?

For me, the EKG function on the Fitbit is really important to me.
He is with a smart question.
@@ReviewsUnscripted thank you. So if I'm reading you correctly, the tozo will track heart rate but doesn't have full EKG capability

can i control Spotify playback with this?
I didn't specifically try it but my experience has been that if the regular play controls work, Spotify works as well.
My wrists are small so i think a smaller band would be perfect for me
Sounds perfect! When you get it post a pic and tag us on Instagram or tiktok, we'd love to see.
What size is this one
Here is the link to it, all the specs are on the page. Enjoy! amzn.to/3E1Nbic
FYI, looks like Tozo doesn't sync to Google fit anymore. There is no option on the app anymore.
Really! That is great info. Thanks for adding that.
I cant figure out gow to get it out of military time
ewe... interesting question! I'm not sure myself but I'm sure someone will chime in with the answer.
Through the app I had the same issue at first then I finally get rid of the military hour.
