Curious why you suggested to turn off air assist? Just curious why? I just realized I forgot to turn mine on yesterday. I had that fuzzy experience yesterday too lol. I appreciate that you shared your learning along the way.

Some people don't feel there is a need, however, I do find it a lot cleaner if I don't. As with engraving wood or acrylic, it blows it around. Unlike wood or acrylic, it won't affect the finished project.

have you washed any t-shirts and does the ink stay on after washing

Yes, we did a white t-shirt and a black t-shirt. Both have been through only about 3-4 washings, so I can’t tell you about whether the ink breaks down yet.
We waited about 48 hours before washing to help the ink set.

Thanks for the feedback. You can slow down the video by going to settings and reducing the playback speed, but I will absolutely try to slow down any step by step tutorials.
The points to note are to a) reflect vertically b) position onto the screen area, and consider the placement for your item. For example, I was upside down on the tote and had the handles at the wrong end.
