Hey Jaw ! love the Pennsylvania , New York Central , Penn Central , Conrail bay window caboose ! Also loved the two B&O center cupola cabooses the steam locos 's are the best ! And that Conrail (NYC) caboose , sweet ! The Southern and the CSX bay window caboose is hack heaven ! The NYC box transfer caboose truely a rare find ! CSX GP40-2 's , sweet ! B&O port hole center cabooses hack heaven ! Thanks Jaw ! EWE DA MAN !!! SP Lives ! Where are the GP49 's.?
The GP49s will probably not run on this line again. 2807 was shipped out west to Walla Walla rr, the black one is in storeage waiting for the owner to ship it somewhere else when needed and the third one was just a parts engine. CCET never owned these locos. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for watching my video! I appreciate the support! We are having a party for the kids at the Jawtooth Compound today and I am making sure the bouncy house doesn't blow away! Lol
Winds been blowing over here all day and gettin a heck of a snow storm blowing thru..Great day for a kiddy party with the weather I'm sure they're right where you can keep close watch on em....lol I think I oughta go out and start railfanning like you all do least you won't be able to bounce snowballs off of Alan's head this trip..you all have fun..
you are amazing you got to meet Norfolk and western 611 in person how do it fell to see a steam locomotive
I sure miss seeing a caboose bring up the rear instead of the EOT (FRED) device.
The caboose was a big part of the romance of the railroads for me!
I essentially stopped train-watching because of this - I hate FREDs!!! Plus, if it were up to me, I'd cut off the hands of these damned grafitti vandals.
That old Conrail caboose brings back childhood memories of living in the Cleveland area in the 80s :-)
Great video it was nice to see a Southern and Conrail caboose in this video. They will all surely be missed! Thanks for posting Jaw Tooth.
Thanks for watching!
611 with a caboose is just amazing
*_Hello! Impressive and interesting presentation, sensational video!!! Two green thumbs *85-86*_*
*_My absolute favorites are: _**_1:50_**_ - This steam locomotive is fantastic! _**_3:20_**_ ..simply gorgeous._*

Thank you! I did a bunch of travelling to make this video. Lol
cool
Great share Brian! Thumbs up! Have a wonderful weekend, my friend......🐥🐥 Jenny 🐥🐥
That was awesome to see Jaw, especially the one with 2 cabooses on it.
1:58 That 611 is one smooth, quiet-running machine.
Yes, I love that steamer. I rode behind her on 5 different trips. Thanks for watching and commenting!
I love trains
So so much
Of all the train videos, you’re the best!! 👍😁
Thank you!
Great video Brian! Thumbs up 👍 Have a wonderful Sunday.....All the best.......🐦 🐦 Jenny 🐦 🐦
Nice Caboose
Great video Jaw Tooth! esp the shots from the NCTM!
Nice look of the trains and I love that peaceful town, too!
Thank you!
Yes, I liked this video on the cabooses you were able to catch. Thanks for sharing Jaw Tooth !
Meraviglioso video @_@ complimenti Jaw
That was really great! Thank you!
Amazing video JT!!
Great video. TY for sharing
Very cool stuff, Brian
Thank you George!
Excellent video Brian. I've only been a caboose a couple of times. Not the smoothest running. It was on jointed rail.
That would have been really cool working for the railroad and getting to ride in the caboose. I rode in one overnight in the early 80s . A local out of Cincinnati let a friend of mine and me ride in it while they did switching around the city.
5:00 A caboose and a bonus diamond - now we're getting somewhere!
One of my favorites from you Jaw Tooth!!
Great video! I love it! Thumb up!
Awesome Video!
9:24 Y'know, I just guessed. I just GUESSED in my mind that this shot was in Metamora. I looked at a map, and lo and behold. I was right. I've never seen any trains there at all, but I hope to at some point. Very nice shot.
Love that NW 611! Wow, that thing is still coal-fired! Cabeese 😆😆😆 I see I'm not the only one who thought of that fractured word!
I like it, great video :D
Awesome catches and video!
A very nice compilation of cabooses, Jaw Tooth. Thanks. If you ever get to the west coast, the Pacific Southwest Ry Museum has a nice collection of cabooses. They are in San Diego County with part of their collection in La Mesa, CA and the balance in Campo, CA. They run a tourist train on the San Diego and Arizona Eastern in the mountains east of the San Diego urban area. It's a pretty long drive from San Diego, but worth the visit if you have the time.
I have San Diego on my list of places I want to see. One of these days I want to come there to see the street running and some of the other trains in the area like the ones that you mentioned. My friend Alan is going there this summer and I wanted to join him on that part of his trip but I will probably just do the eastern part. Thanks for watching my video!
Thanks for all the cabooses! Steam train are fun to watch anytime.
You had longer hair back then.
You bet
Nice collection of cabeese. The lost player. Thanks.
J.T you’ve come a long way son. Keep it up!
Thank you, I will
Nice video! Especially loved the caboose at 5:29!
I didn't know you watched jaw tooth too lol (it's me steamloco on my railfanning channel)
I know who you are. XD
Truly Agreed
⭐⭐🎈🎈🏃🏻 GOOD ONE! ⭐⭐🎈🏃🏻🏃🏻 THANKS FOR SHARING THIS! 🦅🦅🦅
JT i love the trains and history of
Excellent video, J.T.!!
Thank you!
awesome =)
It's great to see a caboose on a train from time to time. Awesome video!
Thank you!
I feel the same way
Watching some of your caboose videos. This was awesome.
Excellent video Jaw :-) Like
Thank you!
I love Cabeese. Thanks for posting them. There is a siding in Tilton, NH that is home to dozens of cabeese that people have restored and live in. Some have even added another "room" by adding another car. I like your videos.
Thanks for the info! I will look on Google Maps for it
Excellent caboose =)
At 8:14 I love the horn on that caboose
Interesting video and selection of cabooses (or guards vans in the UK). I have never seen inside an American Caboose before. I have to say that they are in a variety of conditions from good to falling apart. The one that appears at about 5:30 looks like a rusty hen house and is in need of some serious renovation. In fact it reminds me of some of the cars that we used to drive as youngsters in the 1970's that would never be allowed on the roads today!
really cool. Crazy thing we dont really see Cabooses much around these parts here in the south.
Very nice !!
Awesome video, great cabooses
2 B&O cabooses on the Whitewater line are C2028 & C2232.
They are both regularly used for our operations. Both are a Class I5D. Built in Washington, Indiana.
The Penn Central Green Transfer Caboose was given the NYC name as NYC was the line that ran through that area.
The C&O caboose was a privately owned caboose that was removed & repurposed to it's operational potential for Whitewater after the owners passing.
Nice Job man
Awesome video👍👍👍👍👍👍Have a nice day!!! 🌸🌷😀😄 big like
Great video!
Thank you!
HEAVENS TIBETSY!!! 😮😮 I'm overly impressed & saved this to my playlist of locomotives! Felt like a kid in a candy store Haha! There were cabooses everywhere! And parades of beautiful engines! I saw the blue & white one with the caboose behind it, I screamed & BROKE my cowbell trying to ring it 😔 Because I had gone crazy! I could only shout yahoo!😜😍😍😜 If I were there, Would have lost my mind and died 😱 But was that a caboose or an engine @ 9:33?? Because it looks like a combination of both, I can't really tell. But so many different types of them, Caboose cuteness overload! LOVE THIS! It was good to see your children getting a ride in the caboose. If I ever got the opportunity, Would be the happiest day in my life! Never got to ride one when my grandfather worked for railroad. Or when i was an security guard for Austin steam train. I'm in a wheelchair now.😭 Okay... Thanks for putting this up! You did such a great job! This deserves an Oscar! 👍Such a fantastic job. Also liked the blue model at end of video. I'm going to have to replace my yahoo cow bell though! 😅
Thank you!
Love this tks
You’re welcome 😊
not vary much privacy on the toilet at :45 and like the caboose at 10:30 great video brian
Always great to see caboose's. Thanks
More to come!
Thanks for posting! Really enjoy your video's! We film trains here in Nw Iowa!
Who doesn't like a nice caboose every now and then. Why I saw a couple girls the other day and they both had... Okay, I won't go there! I have a caboose on every one of my trains, and some have two. Great collection Brian! Cheers, Dan
I have cabooses on my trains also. I actually have too many of them. I'm trying to figure out what to do with all my train stuff that I have in boxes. I need a basement or a bigger train room. I've been collecting HO train stuff since I was little and I use to live in a house with a basement. Thanks for watching!
I know what you mean. I put lots of my stuff in the dumpster just to make room for more. Box it up and give me a price if you want. You will even get first dibs on buying them back too! You didn't let the bouncy house blow away, did ya'? Cheers, Dan
That great old farmhouse doesn't have a basement? 😮😮
I LOVE CABOOSE,S!!!!!!! Thanks
Damn, that guy in the red shirt looks awful familiar!
8:12 - now that caboose actually has a HORN! Not one of those silly little whistles! Great vid.
That is probably my favorite one. I have seen that one in Plant City and Lakeland Florida a bunch of times.
One of these times I'll get down to Plant City. That CSX line is the same one that eventually makes it up to Belleview. (Found out it's called the S line.)
cool learning
Very nice. Good video
Great oldie but goodie. Glad I checked it out.
Awesome, I forgot about this old video
Great film. Brought back a lot memories. They would be condemned today by the health dept. l am speaking from 43 years, one month as a road freight conductor.
bravo! Big Thumbs up! Have a happy day:) Hanna and Mia
Thank you!
I wish cabooses were still on trains, should have kept them and just put the EOTD on the caboose.
Fred does not like company. Anyway me too
Wish caboose were still used
Great video! 👍🏻👌🏻
Thank you!
Nice video
dear jaw tooth i wound like to know that i live in eastbourne on the south coast UK i hope your family and your boys are well and keep DVDs coming i do like them
Nice job :D

Nicely done! I thought I had seen it before but I must be wrong. awesome video!
I am finishing up on Caboose Compilation 3 right now
super big like🖒🖒🖒
Nice one. Love those cabeese, lol
Me too!
I see a train with a caboose!! Now that's a complete train!!
nice video jaw tooth! are you coming to the nkp joliet rocket this summer
I don't know but I would like to
I saw a Caboose on a Union Pacific once. The train wasn't very long though.
Very nice video of all those cabooses! It makes me wonder what necessitates using a caboose on a modern railroad. It seems like a lot of the shots of modern trains with cabooses are running in reverse out on the main. Thanks for sharing!!
Joel
Most cabooses are used for when the train has to make long reverse moves and they need someone on the rear watching for safety. They are mainly used as shoving platforms and just a spot for the crew to ride while looking out for obstacles. Thanks for watching and please subscribe to Jawtooth!!
Sub'd yesterday! thanks for sharing!
If you need more retired cabooses, there is one in Waldo, Fl, one in Lake Wales, Fl., and one in Plant City. The one in Plant City is a dentist office. lol I was hoping that one day I would see the return of the caboose before I die but I don't think I'll make it.
muy interesante video. like
Interesting video🚂🚃
Ever get up around Pittsburgh? The Union RR (US Steel's feeder) runs a caboose on every single train. Sometimes there's two. It's not the easiest to railfan though, limited places to get good shots.
nice-I watched all and i put a like on this too
Hey Jaw tooth you must check out the last remaining caboose of Indiana railroad. It is located in jasonville Indiana on the west side. There used to be 2 of them but one was set fire.
Cool, I would like to see that!
The town is around 30 minutes south of Terre haute Indiana on highway 48. It is in Jasonville's west side in a ballpark. You can't miss it. It is bright red.
Awesome 👍 thanks for your videos 👍 I have not seen any in years ! God bless you and your family
Thank you Dan and God bless you also!
@@JawTooth I always wanted to own one of those ! I remember when I was a child and lived in the country with tracks going right next to the house ( about 50 yards from the house ) we ( my brothers and Sisters used to go out and get the engineer to blow the horn and we would stand in our yard and the guys on the cabbose used to throw us all kinds of candy ! The train yard was across the road from us and I use to be able to go over and sit and spend time with the rail master ( that's what they used to call the guy who directed the trains ! It sure was a good childhood back then ! The way they used to let trains know that they had to stop at the train Masters station ( not sure if they still do it somewhere else ) but they had a device that they would strap on the rail and when the train ran over it , it sounded like a couple M80s going off ! It sure was a good memory for me and I love your videos ! May God Bless you and keep you safe ! Keep on rolling down the tracks !

Bring back the "Caboose"
• Cheers from The Detroit Mackinac Railway • Pronounced: (mac-in-aw) 🚂
Plenty of Rail Traffic “Mr Tooth” It’s always interesting to see “The AMTRAC Trains” (Where there is a rail line there is AMTRAK)
Good video greetings :)
Thank you!
Thanks! If it weren't for you, I'd never know what the inside of a caboose looked like
❤️! Yea verily!
Nice video. Was the Clinchfield caboose at 6:40 in Cumberland, MD?
Yes it was! I was wondering if anyone would recognize that one. Pretty good!
Great video. Hardly see cabooses around. I have more train videos uploaded
Thank you! I will check them out today.
