Anti-oozing is not your enemy, you know?? Extra seconds which means no accidents with filaments dropped on the bed is worth more than having that long oozing moving all over the place.
@@xenyonBut is your voron running at ~500mm/s printing speed? Once you start turning steppers super fast like that, there’s only so much you can do about noise. Additionally, the VZBot uses AWD for the CoreXY system, meaning that it has one motor on each corner of the frame for 4 motors total, so there are twice as many motors contributing to the noise (and therefore two motors very close to the microphone, which probably makes the printer sound louder than it really is).
@@kevinhansen5145 _"preheated chamber"_ No, he uses a part air blower, so you can clearly hear the sound of it. At such low profile parts as this preheated chamber is not required as heated bed itself radiates heat pretty much.
that first layer feels perfect
Awesome build!
Gonna want to get that cpap tube up some movements will sometimes pinch it between the toolhead and the frame
I have the dream of building a VZ, it's a shame that here in Brazil it is extremely expensive, 1+ year of working to get one....
Tá foda
Impressive 👍.looks big too. What’s your max print size?
Check your bed wire! Looks like its binding.
What? You can't see the bed wires they stay below the bed
Your retraction length looks very big. I use 0.4mm on my VZbot.

increase the accel, it's a vzbot, not a k1
What drivers are you unsing and why are they so extremely loud?
the stock for the vzbot should be fullsize 5160 drivers. Also in my opinion its not that loud, stealthchop seems to be off for faster speed
Yea tmc5160s no stealthchop is the vz way
My voron also runs on 5160s and is nowhere near that loud, and i have stealthchop disabled

oh god disable adaptive fan for the love of god
That is too long cpap tube
how the heck are you printing ABS at these speeds with no warping? mine turns into a taco if I as much as breath on it
maybe a preheated chamber DERRRRRRR
@@kevinhansen5145 how hot are you running your chamber I'm doing about 45c but its still warping
