I’ll rent and wait to buy; I can’t imagine paying $1M to be an arms length away from my neighbors house. Builders are infamous for not timing economic cycles well…we’ll win in the end 😊

True, the Westhaven planned community has good amenities and is expensive. However, homes on several streets are so close to each other that driving through the community gives the feel of a tunnel-like environment. Somebody who enjoys spacious surroundings of the home may feel congested.

Yes you don’t get a lot of space so if you want larger lots and not being super close to neighbors Westhaven is probably not the choice!!

Notice a pattern of most homes in all of these neighborhoods on tiny lots with very little privacy. Not much variety. Video was well done.
