Some small (hehe) points 1)Conan yes you need to drink 2) Obsidian actually said on twitch that this game came into development first 3) Nightingale and Valheim both don't have drinking 4) Storms kill you because your very very tiny. Same reason weathers not a thing in Grounded.
Yeah. Makes sense. Not sure how grounded made a higher production value game in less time. There was real potential in this game, but it was not really much fun to play.... May be better in a group.
