What do you recommend for a nationwide online business?

I'm forming in Las Vegas because I'm moving back by next May. So I'm forming now so I can get started building business credit with net 30 because it takes about 5 months for everything to start reporting before you can go to tier 2 store cards and about another 8 months to get to tier 3 the CASH LOANS!!! So if I start now by the time I move back I should be at tier 2.

Just briefly tpuched on the whole point of the video- people want register in a low tax state, so they have to register in their home state no matter what? If thats the case the answer is crystal clear. Not sure why you made it so ambiguous

What do you think about property management industry? Im a San Diego resident and I'm currently in Washington for the next 2 months then going to Arizona for another 2 months before returning to San Diego, CA. Right now I'm looking to form an LLC for a property management company of my own where I will be contacting different property owners from different state to partner up with them and use their property for short-term rental. What do you think the best choice(location) for me when forming an LLC? Thanks in advance!

@@write2impact608 wherever you do business just get a virtual office if you do not have a physical address ($10/month). So your business can be located in that state. I went ahead and incorporated in my home state since we don’t have state taxes (TN) but Wyoming seems to be the cheapest place to incorporate. Good luck! 🙏🏾😊
Edit: everyone I’ve talked to at most did a DBA when going out of state. Since you’re not necessarily owning property or physically selling a product in a state. but max would be a foreign entity LLC.

@@VolleyballAddict521 I filed mine under Arizona since I’ll be moving out there in the next few weeks and they don’t have state tax. I haven’t really understood the whole DBA thing.. what is it really for? And thank you for this nugget! Really appreciated! :-)

@@write2impact608 I think you only need it if you plan to operate under another name. I personally do not plan to so it’s not needed. I’m not sure why the people I have spoken to use it. Unless they just want different names same LLC I guess. Lol i would need to ask.
