I've been a fan since I was about ten. I found his album from 1965 "Tom Rush" in a record store on lp in pristine condition. I just about hit the roof with joy!
Such a wonderful new song! It has the simple beauty and deep resonance of a folk classic in the great tradition of songs like Blowing in the Wind and Where Have All the Flowers Gone. Thank you, Tom.
Love the new song!!! Loved the show a while back at Smith Mt. Lake, Virginia. My little kids 5 & 7, where by far the youngest in the crowd, but both thoroughly charmed!
This song takes me back to your sound of yesteryear . . . You are amazing, and always will be. Thank you for YEARS of great songs from Live at the Unicorn to TODAY.
Very nice song, Tom and thanks for sharing it online. As for the squirrel, I got one of his cousins here in the Black Mountains. Same arrogant BS, calls me a Tea bagger and worse and he's been telling my dog lies about me. -Bill Schultz
Very nice. Harkens back to the quieter "voices" you wrote on Wrong End of the Rainbow and Merrimack County. Glad you are writing again. Glad you are going deep.
Thank you for the new song. I hear those voices as I bird watch...now I'm happy to add you to that chorus. Looking forward to seeing you at the Phila World Cafe in March!
great song, Tom, and you're in really great voice. BTW, I loved your squirrel story. I have a similar problem. I'm always telling anybody that will listen that squirrels are just rats with bushy tails. I'm glad you are n good contact with your Muse! Keep 'er rolling, Tom!
I remember being home recovering from some kind of cooties or other.and I happened to see several squirrels trying to figure out how to get at the bird seed that was in the "squirrel proof" feeders. They thought and thought; tried one thing after another. The next day the feeders were empty. So it is in life, give the squirrels enough time and they will find a way to get what they want.

Wonderful Tom! You sound better than ever! I can see the pines rushing by my car window and the snow gently falling on a country road.
Many thanks Tom. From Little Theatre of Wilkes-Barre PA to Maui we are still playing and listening. Hope to see you soon. Kimo
