Celebrate Negroni week with the Negroni Slushie!
This turned out to be one of my favorite recipes so far to put through the Ninja Slushi Machine. The addition of orange juice and grapefruit juice help lighten up the Negroni and the cinnamon adds a nice spice layer in the background.

51 ml Cinnamon Syrup (66 brix)
38 ml Sweet Vermouth
38 ml Campari
101 ml Gin (47% ABV)

270 ml Grapefruit Juice

Basic Negroni Recipe
plug this into the spreadsheet and chose a batch size
1.5 oz Gin (44% ABV)
1 oz Sweet vermouth (16% ABV and 20 Brix)
1 oz Campari (25% ABV and 25 Brix)
1 oz Simple Syrup (50 Brix)
2 oz Orange Juice (12 Brix)
4.5 oz Water
