Es el único jefe con una buena trama, le arrancó el ojo a Rugal, mato a maki la hermana de chizuru, visito al papá de Leona para reclutarlo para despertar a Orochi y al no querer despertó el disturbio de la sangre en Leona acabando con la vida de su padre, ordenó a mature y vice vigilar a Rugal y como dato sorpresa, fue el único jefe que le dio una paliza a Kyo kusanagui

Fuera de cosas como el legendario tema de Rugal y Orochi o lo impresionante que tensiona el tema de Krizalid, el tema de Magaki de KOF XI me gusta bastante y es un poco infravalorado (el tema porque el boss es malo a mi parecer)
La de slasher zero amigo que buen soundtrack para un jefe lastima que no sea tan fuerte de vencerlo pero sin dudas uno de los mejores jefes también por los ataques

Just because Kyo and Iori are "newbies" doesn't mean they are not formidable, I mean Kyo was in the team that defeated Rugal, twice. Also in the team they defeated Geonitz someone so powerful he killed Maki Kagura (a master of the yata mirror power much more powerful than Chizuru) , demolished Rugal and beat Kyo so badly he was in critical condition.
Top 3 imo: 1. An Improvised Concerto. Seriously, just final boss vibes right there. 2. The Origin of Mind. Love it or hate it, it truly represents the ultimate power of Orochi. 3. Rugal's theme from 98. I love the remix and makes it feel more like a showdown with a competent fighter whose got speed.

I don’t mind Verse as a character. As a KOF endboss, he’s...tolerable. At least with his death other characters revived including Rugal, Goenitz, Orochi (before getting sealed) Krizalid, Igniz and Ash. I don’t know if Zero or Saiki or the other members of Those From The Past will come back.

Canon-wise and gameplay wise he’s the weakest after 94’s Rugal. He’s just a mere uncompleted resurrection.
Except for the NESTS bosses you should thank Orochi for making all the other bosses exist.

The quote was a reference to Viva Reverie's 'But Really Really Fast' series; it's a running gag where someone declares "At least dio's dead now. Definitely.", only for it to be later revealed that "It turned out that dio was not actually dead."

Ngl Mukai's theme is the scariest one. Even his artwork is creepy af
also sounds like some JRPG boss theme, or a horror action game boss theme
I know it is. He also has the best final boss stage. Mukai is badass
All bosses: Hard rock guitar and epic notes to make player feel the FINAL aspect of fight.
Orochi and Mukai: Uses scary or unnerving soundtrack to make player fear the boss.

I don’t mind Verse as a character. As a KOF endboss, he’s...tolerable.
At least with his death other characters revived including Rugal, Goenitz, Orochi (before getting sealed) Krizalid, Igniz and Ash. I don’t know if Zero or Saiki or the other members of Those From The Past will come back.
