That’s amazing! As much time as you spend on the water to be able to this has got to be a great feeling. Just to compare this, once I was fishing for flounder in one the North Carolina rivers. I started casting up in a channel filling up with the incoming tide. I caught a keeper flounder every cast for a hour and a half. Most were 24-28” long. There ain’t no feeling like it in the world. Great catch my friend!
What weight jig heads do you use most often on the panorama? I’m sure it varies by bait size and depth, but do you like a slower more natural fall, or do want it to get to them quick?
Reminds of the good times at vale lake in Winchester when it opened to the public a good friend of mine was able to secure a lot when it came up and was there for like the first 5 maybe 8 yrs. But the first yr . Was exactly like that we figured out the lake in a few months and we're hammering fish like that every weekend . Even a few girls who came and drop a line we get them on a 10 + before the end of the day there was this guide who would bring guys in from all over and put them on trophy fish and he would just bank ,and right there in the contract you were told not to scout out and bring in customers and this guy would be there nearly every day and sometimes twice with different guys even 3 on the boat and all he would do is spot for them and bankroll all the way home .

I am certainly glad that large bass like that exist. If it were not for the extreme technology then I guess that he might be like the average fisherman. It also appeared that most of the fish caught had eggs in them. They were on their beds trying to spawn. When bass are on the beds it puts the females at a disadvantage trying to protect against predators. I do thank him for releasing them so they could spawn. What happens when everyone starts using forward facing sonar and has never caught a lage bass like that. They will mount the fish and kill the further production of bass. Not everyone who fishes is a true sportsman. The money made by over fishing the bass so that it can be filmed and posted on social platforms to make money will be disastrous for the sport. The desire to catch a largemouth bass that would weigh more than 22 pounds and 4 ounces is a drug worse tha fentanyl.
Anyone can do it? Do you realize that 35 pounds of fish will win any tournament at the highest level in the nation? Every tournament angler on the lake has this technology and not all of them can catch fish like this.

Personally I'm not on the water on my "own personal time" to see a fish over a hump In 20' of water right in front of me on screen and jig every bait possible to try to get it to bite.....and if not....just snag it with a treble hook. No skill in spot lighting. Sad bass fishing takes no skill. Just video fishing. Glad I grew up and learned over the past 40 how to catch them the right way. These videos don’t do anything on how to catch fish.
I will assure you there is way more to it than seeing them on that screen. You still have to find them and catch them! FFS is no more than an advance in technology. You cant take one type of fish finder and leave another one. Either you use them or you don’t. I will never understand all the hate from people that choose not to use FFS.
