Here are some tips: 1. don't make it too loose, dont make it too tight. It should be firm - meaning the slack line should droop about 5-8 inches with your weight on it. 2 get on with your dominant leg. Usually its the right leg. Try and simply stay as controlled on that leg as you can and then step down in control. Repeat exercise 10 times. 3 Try to look ahead to the end instead of down. 4. stick your arms out but "break your wrists" as in keep them loose and not rigid. 5. squat slightly like your about to sit on a chair - it lowers the center of mass and gives you balance. 6. line up your big toe on the line every step. 7. take it slow and controlled. 8. Last point. BREATHE. Control your breath as you move - it helps you focus. Some other tips - walking along quickly can give you balance - think of a bicycle- standing it will fall over, but it can stay upright once it is in motion. BUT don't confuse a quick passing with control - I know some guys that take 10-15 mins to make a crossing - they don't care about the crossing - they care about the mastery of their cross. Hope that helps you.
Great video, but don't forget to use tree protection, for the benefit of both the tree, and your slackline!
Thank you! You can expect some really great videos in the future!
Ahahahahah
