      Emotional intelligence to me
Is having more than one ennate trait.
Humble speaking from 48 years experience, my entire existence.
      I am
      • highly intuitive (1 ennate trait) my gut brain is awaken, clair cognitive an ennate sense of knowning)
      • strong empath (2nd ennate trait) my heart center brain is awaken
      • HSP (highly sensitive perception) my crown center is open, I am a feeler.. I feel vibrations of energy automatically and I will understand without communication. It's the essence of the energy that tells the story.. no words needed.
These 3 innate traits I was born with allows me to understand emotional intelligence firsthand..
I hope my truth helps you understand
      Thanks for reading.

One important characteristic of leadership is an independent personality that is not easily influenced by the surrounding environment. Otherwise, such a person could not manage the environment by himself but could be remotely controlled by human programming or biases.
Management bias could demotivate or motivate employees, and the effect is not equal for all. However, an explicit system could eliminate all these intangible factors.
I still believe the knowledge management principles in an explicit system and the motivation principle for knowledge contribution are the key to the organization.

I liked this video! Thank you very much! I have been studying emotional intelligence for over a decade now and in my professional career I deal with a lot of people working on their EQ to become more emotionally intelligent. It is a lot of work but the results can really be amazing! I think it’s a great investment of time for us all. Reading the book was a life changer for me.

Happiness in a job makes humans more productive. So, to make employment happy, we need to have an explicit system that depends on knowledge management principles. IQ has been falsified by Flynn (2007).

Great ideas on emotional intelligence as I can see the interconnection with psychology and a balanced way of thinking. What we think, depends on how we see something in the present , from the past and future .The key is to be mindful and the magic of the moment is in the now. Thanks MindValey for your inspiring feed.
