Interesting but 2 ton crusher =P800 Cement @P70 ×2 =P140 Labour per cement@35 ×2 =P70 --- ------ Spend P1010 for 75 bricks Now buying 6" blocks @ P5.5 at this price = P1010÷P5.5 =183 bricks approximately More is better opportunity cost
Thank you so much @block9292 for the video. I have three questions: 1. I want to make strong blocks. What is the number of wheelbarrows of quarry stones and quarry dust for one bag of 50kg cement? 2. What is the correct dimension of quarry stones for M140 blocks (7mm or 10mm)? 3. Does electric machine produce better quality blocks over manual machines?
The calculation I am sharing is for 150mm x 400mm x 200mm blocks. If from a bag of cement you are producing 30 to 35 blocks you should have strong blocks. Make sure they are water very well.

Which grade of concrete did you use to get 75 concrete blocks? I have understood other procedures, but the standard grading of the block is pending. Thanks.
Hey, Chris here from Salima, I think i am grown now and I have a machine that I would like to state my Journey into Block Making. Thank you so much on the Information, I really wanted to learn and Now I have. however, you said 1 bag of cement + 5 wheel barrows = 35 blocks...... so if we multiply it by 2 ...2 Cement + 10 wheel barrows ...is it not 70 Blocks ......not 75? or is it a + or - 5 blocks
Thank you for sharing this learning experience to the world, too much cutting corners and not doing things properly, doing things properly is next to godliness, may the Almighty bless always 😇
Evening i hope you doing well sir...i was wondering if maybe you can clarify for me interms of finance as for starting the cement block business...as in how much in estimation would i need to purchase the equipments and to start the business...as in financially how deep should i be on my pocket
I have seen people starting their business with the manual hollow block machine which produces one block. With 30 tons of quarry dust, 60 bags of cement. You will be able to make 2100. Depending on how much you spend on transporting materials water for curing and labour. You can learn how much profitable the business is in your area.
Feel free to ask questions so I can address them in the next video.
Please do the mixing ratio design
Interesting but 2 ton crusher =P800
Cement @P70 ×2 =P140
Labour per cement@35 ×2 =P70
