I absolutely love this one it even has 1 of my favorite features that fireplace on the porch.❤❤❤
This is a workable plan, though I'd make a couple of modifications. The stairs could be adjusted to eliminate the angled treads and still have access to the laundry room. The large upstairs suite could be remodeled into two bedrooms and bath. And, of course, I'd move the TV. ;-)
I absolutely adore this place. My favorite features are the built-ins throughout and the loft with the tub. I also love the back porch with the fireplace. I love the exterior of it as well. ❤❤❤❤❤
Nice 2BR/2 bath home. I would love to see it wider to add space to the downstairs LR and bedroom though. Love the back patio which is where we live in good weather.

I absolutely love that porch,that is where I'd spend most of my time, nice layout! the few things I would change on the indide is by adding more square footage to have a larger master bedroom with a large walk-in closet as well as making the home a three bedroom to have a guest room, and the third room for an office with large walk-in closets in each of those rooms as well! The master needs to house a king size bed, dresser, Chester draw, and rocker chair. Also, would be nice to have a nice walkout porch area added on from the master to sit out on before retiring for the evening. Also a larger kitchen with a nice huge walk-in pantry as well as a place to house a deep freezer! Have an open floor plan too from that closed off kitchen area would serve better for interaction with family and guest too!
Needs some changes, but the porch with the fireplace is a winner. Extremely charming! Love the lighting fixtures too!

I would rather have a larger living room and a smaller dining area and I would want a shower/tub not just a shower. The porch is awesome.

Good work but this one is not to my taste. Very luxe and detailed interior. Yet it all seems very heavy, closed, and cramped. The mud hall is an interesting innovation.
All wood, or all white. Lose the window over the sofa. White fireplace too jarring. Jar with pampas grass in the way. Ugly wallpaper, backsplash and art. Otherwise, ok.
