I think the new diets for the different dinos have actually made a big difference as well - as Carno, it used to be such a mission to get bars; now you can eat Dilos.
No dino can spawn in northeast plains or
northeast stopped being a spawn for some, but you are still able to travel there ^^ @@corey2629

increasing server slots is something thats been needed for a long time.
Not necessarily, hotspots are the main problem, if players were spread out the game would be good. The Isle is better when you somewhat rarely see players imo cuz it makes the interactions more tense/special, you shouldn’t see players every 5 seconds in other words if you get my point lol
@@dtbrex08 I think that's pretty subjective. From a gameplay point of view the map size verse player amount and all the intended mechanics to forge a coherent ecosystem is very offset. I'm not sure I find the appeal in rarely seeing other players in a game where you must find or escape them to survive.

@@dtbrex08 That would make the game boring. Especially for carnivore players. This map is large enough for 1,000 players. When there are 30-40 different dinos in the game, how many of each dino do you think a server could hold? 2? maybe 3? If you ever hope to see large packs of herbivores roaming the map, and multiple groups of carnivores stalking their prey, you are going to need at least 1,000 player cap on a server with maps this large.

For the first time in years the isle finally fixed a bit of their game
Still no buck, yet pounce is in the game. They dont care.
3:03 stegos serious injury/death sound is always cool to hear especially from a distance, especially knowing only a deino eating it alive or another stego could trigger that sound (attacks that REALLY hurt the stego)
I heard it sometimes even after omni pounce. Always thought there is some kind of HP threshold for it to activate, basically like with a boss that has multiple stages but I am not ao sure now..

It took a bit longer than expected (and preferred), but they really cooked with this patch- a lot of nice QoL. Hoping for dibble and mutations in the next patch and that they're not too far off🤞

BEAUTIFUL!!!! I really love the C motifs especially of the cerato and of the troodon😍😍😍 and I also like the new vision to see under water☺️☺️☺️ it's the AI Giovanne is too beautiful it's also useful for providing sustenance you have smaller carnivores like the troodon but also an extra help for young carnivores of other species!!!! but above all I absolutely LOVE the new cave!!!! it's too beautiful and I really think it's an excellent area for nesting ❤️❤️ One question, could you make us a video where you make a Kouga nest?

Definitely a step in the right direction for the game
i had a ceratosaurus that was half growth and was ruined to some roots in the ground and hunger. Unstuck is a lifesaver
Love the new secret place! However I will grieve that the top of that mountain will no longer be a semi-hidden nesting ground :,) that will DEFINATELY become a hot spot/ambush location fast!
The new skin patterns looks really good!
I checked out the updates yesterday. Although I only noticed the sense of smell while moving and the better night vision.
As a Stego player, the most important thing for me is that the Deinos are already more dangerous for me. An adult in the water has been able to deal good damage up to now, but now it can drag you under the water as well. If you have at least 2 Deinos in an area, they can slow down the Stego enough to finish him off.
I didn't roam the map much as Stego, but it never hurts to have some innovations.
in south plains they touched it up adding some small trees, and rocks all around it, and they removed the floating tree
Things that I think Kouga probably missed (without having watched the video) but if she didn't then my apologies:
Corpses have realistic physics now! No more floating, or stretching to infinity, or bouncing as if they're on the moon!
There are new AI - adult male deer, baby deer, baby boar, and maybe adult male and baby goats!
the last one is in the video! The first one I didn't found that interesting to include, but still a nice addition

Grabbing Stegos in water is HUUGGGEEE!!! Deinos needed this option SO bad!
Happy with the new dryo attack sound, it was SO annoying when I did pvp as dryo and all I heard was that scream. 😆

I do not like the new night vision for Deino or Ptera. i feel like I'm stumbling in the dark bc everything is pitch black if you fly over a large body of water or if you're swimming in deep water
I kinda like the new species dependent spawns
Anyone notice CPU temps after this update are insane. I run all sorts of games with my water cooled I9 and it still gets roasting hot

Anyone knows if Deino’s making swimming noises when underwater was intentional or it’s a sound bug? It really affects the gameplay of Deion cause of that

It took them years but they finally made some good quality of life updates. A lot more needs to be done to make it an enjoyable game, however I salute the fact that they are finally heading in the right direction
the next thing i hope they fix is the stam regen it goes too slow up

How do I grow Petra? It can't hunt because it is slow runner, small damage as when you are small, it is impossible to survive
Get fish and turtles at first, or find a carcass to eat the organs. Very easy to survive and grow. Can rely 100% on fish
now to keep waiting for some optimizations still... i can run rdr2 on high/ultra but cant run evrima on low settings ; - ;

what does it mean by no ai? like i thought the animals were ai? is it saying theres no more like animals only like dino?
@@saucyxlit7987 Im pretty sure it means (ive never played but watch yt alot lol) , ai is npc animal bots that u can hunt. but in the 150 server , there is no ai (probably bcs more ppl)
@@saucyxlit7987 there are no boars, goats, deer, or fish on the servers with 150 pop but there is on servers with 100 cap
Maybe with the new command I can start playing the 68% stego I got stuck in a hole in the ground 2 weeks ago lol

Game keeps freezing when playing for 5 minutes or so , any idea why ? I don't have problem with the fps.
you can try to verify files/update GPU drivers/update windows or deleting the config folder
deino's being able to grab stego's in the water looks so ridiculous lol
why dont they just create a god damn minigame out of the idea, if a stego with its tiny ass head is drinking or by the water, if you get a headshot with the grab it will instead get some minigame going where the stego has to try and break free, while obviously the deino has to try and pull them in

You can go to the branch and select evrima, then let it download.
to get to the branches, right click the game > properties > branch

The 150 slot server was on the live branch right and everything after was on hordetest correct? Lol sorry Im stupid
actually everything was in hordetesting, then they fixed a ton of bugs and it finally came to the live branch

sadly no, you need a better GPU that can run directx 12 at level 12_1

increasing fps over visuals would be nice
Alright update but deino got nerfed bad, at 70 percent you're less than 4 tons and they needed deinos land speed and everyone's stamina regen
Deino doesn't need a buff to be honest, it's weight was scaling too fast, they also need to be killed if they're wandering on land
OMG they need to do better with the stam regen its god awful.
