From 1:23:15 to 1:27:50 the dialogue is in German with no subtitles. Was it originally released in this format? I liked this film, however, I could not find out much about it. A departure for Leo Genn, here cast as a shady character. Is there a lot of ADR/dubbing present or is it synchronization? Karlheinz (Carl) Bohm would give a memorable performance as Mark Lewis, the cinematic serial killer, in *Peeping Tom* (1960 - Dir.: Michael Powell) released about the same time as this picture.
