This was awesome, its funny because im doing coursework through htb academy and although im learning a lot, I relied too much on the "course" to teach me all the things. But once i switched my mindset to "learn on the fly" i noticed how much quicker I can adapt and learn while doing the ctfs, which I think is the actual point of the coursework, exposure to techniques and adapting them to fit whats available. Awesome video, glad i watched it when I did
I loved the advice! I use write ups to give me a nudge after I have exhausted all my knowledge. It’s a slow process but I’m determined to keep growing and getting better at manual techniques!
Perfect! Another great use of writeups is to consult them after you complete a challenge. You can learn so much from seeing how other people solved it differently.
