A couple things I wanted to comment on: great hook, nice pacing, great script work, solid discussion on the mic and the features that users would be watching your video to find out, I found absolutely nothing that would mark this video as one that would make me think this is a new creator. You got the legs to go far!
Honestly I like the Feelworld's sound better... maybe it's just the EQ curve of the SM7B but that one sounded "muddy" to me. Great video! Keep it up and you'll quickly start to achieve success!
Hey thanks! I appreciate the kinds words! For someone who wants a 'processed' sound right out of the box, the PM1 has that 'hyped' sound that most people try to get with the SM7B - but the Feelworld is already partway there. The SM7B definitely has more 'mud' or low-mids, whereas the PM1 has more top-end presence, but the top-end is more aggressive and the mic has a higher noise floor overall than the SM7B. For the person who doesn't have a ton of audio experience, the PM1 is an awesome choice!
I have a $10.5 condenser mic. Works fine. Audio editing and processing is where all the difference lie bro. Mic does not matter too much. It does but not too much.
@@cLotusRed to some extent I agree - In this context (streaming/podcasting), once you start moving above the $100 mark for XLR mics, you really have to justify it by having a higher quality signal chain all around. Unless it’s part of your job, thats really not justifiable when $60 (or less now for Black Friday) gets you a clear, full, articulate sound.
What do you think of this microphone? Would you use it for livestreaming or podcasting? For voiceovers or RUclips?

I'd exclusively use it for filming tiktoks of my dog.
