Don’t forget the chicken must be pre cooked, I put some oil in a pan, add one teaspoon each of garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander powder, turmeric and Garamond masala. Only warm the oil or else the spices will burn! Add cubed chicken breast and cook on a low heat until cooked.
