for anyone wondering, the cooking of salmon like that with the "nails" over a fire is called "Loimulohi" - literal translation would be "blazed salmon"
“Mind your quiff, I told you many times mind your quiff!”… I have honestly watched that in reply around 40 times and laugh hard EVERYTIME! Gino is tv good I adore him
They are hilarious!!! They need a show on American TV!!! It would be a hit!!! Gino is adoreable!!! So very funny!! Gordon is finally laughing and having a fun time!!! Love them!!! 😂😂😂❤❤❤....
Reindeer is more in lapland and its cheaper in there, but across finland deer is replacing reindeer, but unfortunately deer can be expensive/hard to get :(
@@kutska8132I grew up in southern Finland and we had reindeer in our freezer pretty much always. Had it sent directly from a reindeer hearder in Lappi.
Split stick salmon tipped over a open fire, Like the Makah Tribe of Neah Bay Wa. The farthest Northwest you can get inside of continental US. Lots of excellent fish in that Neah Bay area, and they can cook it better than you/us.
Sorry to break this to you, but most Finnish people have never even tasted reindeer meat ~ and wouldn't even want to! It's only a Lapland thing up North.
Your very wrong w that lol. Reindeers live in Finland outside of Sápmi too, u will find reindeer meat in many places in Finland, even in the south. It isnt only a sámi food
