I feel like in the states everyone thinks of mousaka, but there's soooo much better dishes, the north rules on pork, south has the lamb and the islands are masters of fish.
What more could anyone want? Beautiful mountains in Greece, great food, fun guys to enjoy everything Greece has to offer.

I 'm prety sure you have not tasted many of the best flavours Greece can offer. Conserning the wine, there are many-many excellent wines and several local varieties like Xinomavro, strong-dry-red, which I Iove, or even souvlaki and gyros from Crete where we marinate the meat at vinegar. Next time may be another great experience for you! Thaks for visiting our country.

Una faca una raca. If the southern italians hadnt worshiped catholicism they would have considered themselves Greek
South Italy at most but they are latins and chatolics since 2000 years. I doubt a Tuscan or a Piedmontese would have any tie with Greece.

I've had all kinds of truffles and I just don't get it.. They taste like asshole and completely change the taste of good food to shit food.. I love mushrooms, but truffles.. are for the French
