Oh my. Standing On The Moon. I've never heard such a perfect interpretation of a Dead song and I've been a Dead Fan since 1967. Jerry is smiling right now.
There are a few artists that I listen to over and over that I never get tired of like Joni Mitchell, Mark Knopfler, Tony Joe White and others but after listening to this Live at Grimey’s I must say that Molly is right up there with Joni yet very unique. She is an awesome gift to us all. Thank you Molly.

Molly, Thank you, for coming down to our planet with your light and warm, comforting energy! The world and its inhabitants need more like you to shine their divine light to other! XXxX:-) From a Vietnam Era Marine Corps veteran.
Molly is the best. I love this version of a Rancid song so much I went and listened to the original Rancid version. How Molly got from there to here I'll never know. It's alchemy. Wow, Molly. This is greatness.
Molly, I'm a 67 year old OLD musician (oh, and retired ER RN). Your musicanship is honed and precise, but what you can't hide on stage no matter what you do is your soul...thank goodness ❤ Best, Fezzy Pepper
There's something incredibly beautiful and uplifting hearing a solo artist stand up with a single instrument and sing from their heart. Molly: besides having an undeniably hard practised talent, you are a true artist. Thank you for sharing these beautiful intimate sessions with us. In a world of modified music this was a glimpse of a crystal clear diamond. Perhaps the best viewing we have seen yet! Thank you again from downunder in New Zealand! And thanks to the technical team for such great sound!!!
I've been listening to solo performances from Molly Tuttle, Tyler Childers, Colter Wall, and Justin Townes Earle for the last 2 hours. Love how much emotion can come from just an artist with a guitar!
So true… I love solo artistes of the 70s ❤❤ like James Taylor and Don McLean and also those backed by a band like David Gates of Bread. Hits like You’ve Got A Friend, American Pie, Vincent, Aubrey, Diary, If keeps haunting me for life!! 😮😮
Molly gets right inside a song and uses her immense musical skills to make it her own. Her guitar playing is astonishing and totally faultless. Her voice is also remarkable and full of such emotion. It's like a cross between Suzanne Vega and Joni Mitchell. I can't stop watching Molly's videos, I think I'm addicted.
Standing On the Moon is absolutely stunning. It shows off the beauty of Garcia and Hunter's writing wonderfully. A goose bump moment. John Prine once said that when Bonnie Raitt sang Angel From Montgomery for the first time, it became her song. Standing On the Moon belongs to Molly.
As a lifelong Deadhead going back to 1981 I WANT to disagree, but I cannot. It often felt like a dirge when Garcia sang it and as poignant as it is...Molly breathes life into it.
Let’s see - you mentioned Molly, John, Bonnie, and the Dead - good taste and Molly is earning the right to be mentioned in that group. I would like to add Linda Ronstadt to the discussion. Molly’s vocal gift, if properly managed and developed, is capable of rising to that level, and that level contains less than 10 great female singers in the 20th century - that’s how good this young woman is, not to mention that none of the other great singers were world clas instrumentalists.
There's a crop of folk/country/alt/indie acoustic boys and girls out there now who are just doing amazing things. It's like John Prine's spirit went into the universe and is raining down excellence on the young.
I can hardly believe I had never heard of this artist a few weeks ago and only stumbled on her because of her guitar lessons. Not only is she a master of that instrument, her voice and creativity also blow me away.
Amazing. Love Molly Tuttle. The new album is fantastic. Played it constantly on our car cd since release. I can't understand why Molly Tuttle and other artists like Lissie aren't more widely known. They should both be winning Grammys. Wonderfully talented women who deserve much wider recognition.
Molly seems able to climb mountains and not even lose her breath. One of the most important guitarists with a pure and beautiful voice. She a treasure. Keep climbing, Molly.
One can like this video only once, that is unfortunate. If I could like this every time I watch it, the number would significantly go up. Thank you Molly, this is the best piece of music I have heard in quite some time

Exactly, the true gifted seem to avoid the Radio audience. good thing.
She’s not underrated. Not being on radio or TV is not necessarily a bad thing.

I don't know what I love more, Molly's guitar playing or her voice. This really is amazing.

Molly’s got a great voice but she’s such a monster guitarist that I think her singing compliments the guitar playing rather than the other way around.
