You do realise that India has x100 more variation than China.. In fact India is the most diverse culinary country on the planet. Curry is a word but it is a nonsense to say everything is curry.. It's like saying all food in China is soya... It's not.. Paneer is not tofu it is made from milk (full fat) heated to boiling then allowed to cool then you add acid either vinegar lemon/lime juice or yogurt. The slower you curdle the better the paneer is. You strain the curds and then press them.. This is cheese and you can fry it bbq it stick it in a tandoor and it will not melt.. It is my fav.. And then there's the street food don't get me started भारतीय लोग भारतीय भोजन :-)

I am indian but tofu is also mad from soya milk n yes they both taste very similar....i am from northeast n we also make tofu sometimes but not sure about all northeasternerrs but in my family we do make tofu

Well not only one dish but chicken curry, fish curry ,egg curry ,the gravy of these dishes called curry and we have another dish called curry made with bundi
What I don't understand is how/why Chinese and Indians dislike each other when they've been living together in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong for many generations
What made you think that!!! There is a common narrative in the media to push that goal, but Indians and Chinese do not dislike each other. Most of the time we are just surprised about our differences.

Really very nice video, but the hardest part is Kadai Chicken won the competition over Paneer. As a Vegan, I feel so sad... just kidding. Happy to see they like them all & mostly the girl & guys with her speaks about the food very well. Keep doing video like this its great.

Friends do try South Indian dishes. U can find variety of preparations in chicken itself. Each street and each house has it's own recipe which u wouldn't have tasted. When it comes to South mainly Andhra and Tamil nadu ,u have to be ready to taste the masala and taste of spicy chilly . You can try sweets made of rice which is more healthy than Maida. Each community prepare different variety of snacks and food in different ways. If u can taste a rasam that S a soup u people try b4 ur lunch, there are more variety that u can never immagine with different ingredients. So people who capture these sorts of videos try South Indian dishes and enjoy .

Paneer is cottage cheese purely a diary product. Dal makhani is made of lentils. It can be prepared with or without tomatoes but has cream.Gulab jamun is made of khoa (a dried milk product, wheat flour, clarified butter called ghee fried in sugar syrup).
Please try "khadi chawal" dish . Kadhi is very popular staple especially in the western & northern states. It usually has a thick consistency (which is gravy) using chickpea flour & Curd (dahi) and fritters (Pakora).Fritters for Kadhi also have several varieties, they are prepared with onions, potato, spinach etc. You can say this is the Real Kadhi 'Curry' .It has less spicy and taste delicious and flavourful. Chawal is rice.
Please show other dishes as well not all Indian cuisines are spicy and not known as "Curry". We don't represent our every dishes saying "Curry".

team China, great first step in exploring tastes of the world. Go over to India. go in all directions- and eat food in small towns- You will then realise how diverse india is and Indian cuisine too. I have absolutely no doubt, that China would be very similar in its cuisine from east to west and south to north--You should also try the variation of Chinese food made in India by the tibetans and other chinese who have lived for centuries in India, giving birth to Indo chinese cuisine....when in India...best wishes--

Great reaction. I was feeling sorry for guy in black shirt until he liked Gulab jamoon. He was talking big bites of spicy food, all masala was hitting him hard he was juat like:'cool'. 😁. I feel good that he finally liked Gulab jamoon at end. Video uploader is indian, should have guided them a little about how each dish is eaten. All and all love the video.

We northeast indians dont even eat curries oftenly like mainland indians but according to outsiders curry is our national dish btw i love chinese food ....to me chinese food are more tastier then mainland indian dishes....anyway nice video.... from arunachal pradesh(indo china border indian state, mentioning it coz i doubt my own indians will nt even know where arunachal is)

These guys only had like 0.01% of punjabi food. Not even 100% of punjabi food. It will be like 10,000 dishes or might be more i recon. Still 28 state's food remaining to explore. India is a diverse country, food changes in every next street you go. In all the vlogs made by foreigners about Indian food, i just saw some basic, same, repetitive dishes. Like, butter chicken, chicken tandoori, naan, chicken/paneer tikka, samosa, biryani and gulabjamun.
You have to visit india to get the real taste. I guess there are more than hundreds of varieties of naan, hundreds of varieties of kulcha, hundreds of varieties of parathas. Here only I've mentioned more than 300 types of breads eaten throughout india. And i know that's not the actual count, it way way more than that. Coming to sweets, if i start naming them from west bengal state only, it would be more than 500. Indian food can't be just recognized and categorized as "CURRY" only.
P.S m not insulting anyone here, i just busting the myths and spreading the knowledge
