Hi, I got the the same model on your display. I'm glad the you allow the viewer to ask question. I have an issue and can't fix it. When test the straight sewing line, the top line shows ok but the bottom line were bundle with many extra big loop as the size the the bobbin circle. I followed the guideline setting and fixing, but the issue still be there. Please help. Thanks
Hi, Can you please upload a video for the complete disassembly and assembly of the 9018's Needle Thread Tension Dial . I removed the dial and , I feel like I lost springs. Also, I do not know the order of the plates to install them back. Also, if you know any store where I can buy parts. Thanks..

Your bottom tension is way too loose.

@@nadiaf8708 передвинь рычажок на цифру 3 и всё будет ровно ,как наверху так и внизу это нижняя подтяжка шва.
