    A BCAR at the end will help you get under 130 I would imagine. You're right at the threshold of it being too powerful, and any little deviation will help you get underneath that.

    Am I the only person who bought a Nightingale and was underwhelmed by it. It’s comfortable and well made but the FPS is low for the amount of battery power being pushed into it. Such a high pitch scream that it would make my dogs bark. I wish it just had regular size flywheels to increase the speed and reduce the sound. I sold it at a loss 6month later. I never used it. This Diana looks 10x better.

      I hear you buddy. The Nightingale is a noisy beast, but all brushed, micro-flywheel blasters are. Nowadays you have the Quik and Gryphon variants that use wider flywheels and lower RPM motors, but the compromise is that the blaster becomes so much larger with that setup.
      The Diana is a much more civilised and versatile blaster for sure, but at nearly 3 times the price of a Nightingale, it's out of reach for many. Here's to hoping for more brushless sidearms in the future.

      There is an osprey kit which can upgrade nightingale with motor brake, selective fire mode at cost of only 40-60 USD. Effectively making nightingale competitive to Diana if you are on budget. No more crazy scream flywheel from worker nightingale.

    Is there an XT30 Lithium Ion battery that can go with this blaster as opposed to Lithium Polymer?

    • @UKNerfWar
      @UKNerfWar  9 месяцев назад +1

      I don't think so. Li Ion cells generally aren't as small and often lack the power density of LiPo cells. Typically why LiPo is the preferred choice for so many hobbies.
      Is there any particular reason why you're looking at Li Ion cells specifically?

      @@UKNerfWar Speed regulation is a bit complicated, this is as an exit to the calibration and initialization between the two ESCs, belongs to the official HC FAC function, according to what they say and does not push the user to adjust by themselves, may cause some failures or damage, maybe later time? i think they will release methods

    Assuming that this is gonna be for half lengths? Been out of the hobby for a sweet minute.

      @UKNerfWar  Год назад +1

      Half lengths is correct. Short darts is basically the standard for competitive nerf these days. Not only because of the performance.gains but also because of availability.
