9:42 Chemnitz is difficult because it's pronounced kemnitz like a k, this is an exception in German.

You can pronounce Leipzig as "Leipzich" or "Leipzik", depending on regional dialect. Same for adjectives actually. The standard dialect always pronounces "...ig" as "...ich".
