Katzka, M.D., of the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, examines the correlation between esophageal healing and resolution of chronic upper airway symptoms in patients with high-grade erosive esophagitis. Also discussed are timing of PPI doses and patients with no presenting symptoms in spite of advanced disease.
