o 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
o ¼ cup sour cream
o ¼ cup thick and chunky salsa
o 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
o ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
o ¼ teaspoon onion powder
o ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
o 1 tablespoon pickled jalapenos , chopped and optional
o ½ cup sharp cheddar , shredded
o ½ cup pepper jack cheese , shredded
o 8 large flour tortillas (10 or 12 inch)
o Additional salsa or queso for dipping
