Stir Fried Morning Glory Recipe
1. Finely chop 5 garlic cloves. Prepare 5 Vietnamese peppers by crushing them. Cut the bean sprouts into 7~8cm pieces.
2. Add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, prepared garlic and Vietnamese pepper and fry until fragrant.
3. Put the cut gongshim greens. Then, add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce, and 2 tablespoons of water and quickly stir-fry them in a short time to complete the delicious stir-fry of Gongsimchae.
