Stop letting former football players talk basketball. Shady said Bradley Beal was a good defensive player. He's had a negative DBPM for 11 of his 12 seasons. His DPBM is that of the 13-15th player on the bench of any NBA team.

As a Suns fan, Frank there were some red flags like worst 4th quarters, underwhelming offense with 3 elite scorers and Allen shooting lights out, and also the intensity the Suns played with. He just wasn't the right fit. Beal being extremely underwhelming/injured was also a big issue.

He had just got there. Beal had just got there and KD only played half a year with book once the season started. It's too soon to tell if a coach the right fit. They traded all their core players away.

As a suns fan I can tell y’all didn’t watch the games for real. Vogel is not the coach for us. His lack of making adjustments alone is enough to move on from him. Monty had to go also. losing in the finals one year then getting blown out by the mavs the following year. We need a coach that can coach offensive power.

As a Suns fan, this has to be the most disappointing season ever. The Suns have lost championships but this team to get swept? Its unbelievable. I also agree this is on the players but sometimes u have to shake things up. I hate this for Frank but I can’t feel sorry for a guy who just got 31 million for five years.

Well, when you're not allowed to run and discipline your players and practice and training and rely on their Superstar talent alone, you're going to come up against a team who is disciplining who's going to make you look silly. All three of the big three look very average compared to Minnesota like they had never played organized basketball before

I’m not an Acho hater but the balance undeniable. Joy is a good moderator but so so panelist, so helps her skill utilization when is moderator. Dave brings a journalist skill, stats and can talk positional scheme and draft/trade analysis. Shady and James different personalities but former players to bring personal experience. 🔥

Honestly, the next coach needs to put in a system that feeds the best scorer. For 2 years I’ve seen maybe the best natural scorer in history score from anywhere on the court and then doesn’t touch the ball in scoring position for 65 or 6 possessions. Establish a pecking order. Even the Great Steph took a step back and let the 7 footer go to work.

just my opinion, but many analysts and pundits do not really know if any of these coaches (Ham, Vogel) are good coaches. They don't know how they communicate with the players or if they are effective with calling plays or substituting players. Or in my view what's their day to day interaction in practice on the plane in games are like. This dynamic may require the coach and players to have respect for one another. If that respect or like is broken or not there for whatever reason, then players may not trust or buy into a coach's methods, philosophy or scheme. The players and staff in the building know that more than any of us do and that's why they make the decisions they do for their organization.

Joy making great points about having a well balanced team. Having top heavy teams aren’t super teams. Having the best role players with a scorer or two is best. That’s why the bulls were the best team. Best rebounders, best shooters, best defenders and best coach.
The classic case of owners thinking they can just throw money at a team and win. The owner was the one who put this team together. Not the GM. The stars need to be held accountable.
Teams need to get back to building TEAMS not being top heavy with household names. get OR coach up a POINT GUARD, a shooting guard, a small forward, a power forward and a center. Get players that can sufficiently play THEIR POSITIONS. they keep loading up a bunch of flawed character guards thinking it’ll just work. I mean look at the two best teams or the three teams in the west rn.
